Been a member of the forum for awhile but mostly just searched and found a lot of useful info. That's why my post count is nonexistent. Few stats on me 48yrs old 5'4" 239lbs. Yep I'm a fat ass. Did a lot of lifting in my 20's and did a few cycles under my belt then. Figured after all this time I'd introduce myself and look forward to continuing learning from the forum.
