Aaron Singerman Sentencing Delayed, Remains In Custody

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — The United States District Court in Fort Lauderdale alerted BocaNewsNow.com early Thursday that the sentencing of Redcon1 founder Aaron Singerman has been moved from today to mid-February.

He was set to be sentenced by United States District Judge William Dimitrouleas at 1:30 p.m. today in Fort Lauderdale. The new date — subject to change — is February 17th.

Singerman's attorneys' court response filing regarding the sentencing memorandum put forth by the prosecution is very well done and quite compelling, imo. However, Singerman getting busted for boating under the influence and subsequent high speed crash, while under pre-trial release, is very bad for him. He fucked himself. Why give prosecutors any more reason and motivation to absolutely bury you at sentencing. Fucking idiot

It was very desperate IMO it did little to nothing and the judge will go with the prosecution's recommendation of 8 years. The BUI/crash, the DUI/crash then what he said at his Christmas party which the prosecution saw fucked any chance Aaron had of a reduced sentence.
 
Blackstone Labs Founder Sentenced for Conspiracy to Sell Anabolic Steroids and Unlawful Dietary Supplements

A South Florida man who founded a sports and dietary supplements retailer was sentenced today to 54 months in prison for conspiring to sell illegal anabolic steroids and other products marketed as dietary supplements that were unlawful under federal law.

According to court documents, Aaron Singerman, 41, of Delray Beach, Florida, founded and operated Blackstone Labs LLC, a Boca Raton-based sports and dietary supplements retailer. Singerman is the former CEO of Blackstone. U.S. District Court Judge William P. Dimitrouleas of the Southern District of Florida sentenced Singerman to 54 months in prison and ordered him to forfeit $2.9 million.
