Im doing this mostly for myself to keep track, progress and hopefully some constructive criticism. Training, Food Porn and Eventually Gear Usage. Starting off with zero gear or supps, I’ve been totally natural for 41 day’s today for the first time in years ! I’ll add everything as i start using it.

Starting off slow since i haven’t been in the gym for six weeks, just got over covid, lost alotta muscle in jail for 31 days.
Both of these days are super sets with 30 seconds between each set continuously.
I will get back to serious workouts gradually. Kind of just getting my body used to weight again as all I’ve had the last month and a half is body weight.

Im on a phuck you I just got outa jail diet and I’m eating half healthy, half whatever i see.
I have to do classes for 8 hrs. a day for the court and eat pretty healthy all day then in the late afternoon evening it’s fair game on food. For the most part i don’t do to bad.

Cracking the accountability whip is what it takes sometimes. Im rooting for you brother ... nice looking dinner, I have an air fryer and I really need to open my horizons up. I have a huge pork tenderloin in the freezer, how’d you cook yours?
 
Good on you Dale. It’s tough starting a cycle while running natural. When I started my current cycle I had been off gear for about 3 months. Just wanted to see where my natural levels were at. They were as bad as I thought they would be and maybe even a little worse. I was glad when I got back on test even at a low dose. Good luck on this cycle bro you have a lot of support here.

Thanks bro, i pre heated the air fryer to 400 degrees, sliced the top (mostly for appearance) and cooked it for 25 minutes. Mine was 2.25 lbs. recipe said 22 minutes for 2 lbs. so i adjusted.

Yes sir and thank you, i am definitely ready to get my levels atleast back to where they should be. I just got my test results back about 30 minutes ago and my total test is at 148 with free test at 2.5 so I’m going on TRT for sure !!
 
Yeah mine was at 66 test and 1.7 for free test. My test levels have been dropping since. Was in my mid 30’s. I wont come off the test again if I can help it f eking crappy just isn’t worth it. I usually run 150-200 a week and that’s it until I hit a cycle.

Damn brother thats low AF no doubt ! Im glad you got it looked and and something done though. Feeling like shit all the time sucks.

Its bitter sweet to be the opposite, Im one who has to force myself to eat the right foods and outiside of working out I could literally get by on average of roughly 1500 calories a day, even with training I could easily live on 2k calories, add to that my sweet tooth lol you feel me.

Yes sir absolutely, i was like that with work before i went away for that short time and now its like i have to eat every hour or two. And if i see something that looks really good while full i still have to try it. Like the natures bakery fig n fruit bars.
 
Alright i just saw my doctor and he started me on 100mg
bi-weekly with test depo. This is way less than i was hoping for but its a start atleast. I will be talking to other doctors to find someone who can right me 200mg per week.
Any Telehealth provider suggestions would be appreciated !

Needed some pre work out for the gym since my test has been crashed and figured some alpha mood mixed in was the way to go, gonna give this a try tomorrow since i have dentist today but no doubt it will be good since it’s from GYMnTONIC !

Got my first “legal” vial of test this evening ! Not much mg/ml but still a good start to prescribed TRT !
Had to switch script to cvs from publix cause they were such dicks !! They were like we can’t fill do to it being a 10ml vial and it goes bad 28 days after puncturing first time. I told them they were phuckin stupid and that it never goes bad that fast !
Not to mention you lazy phuckers took 5 1/2 hours to even notice it was waiting to be filled and i had to tell you to look before that !!

12:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. healthy eating in moderation.

Haven’t done legs with weight in months so took it easy, its amazing how many skinny little dudes at the gym put about 6 plates on the bar and do a couple half reps and stop
