The last few days I’ve been having head aches . I chalked it up to sinus pressure at first bc I’m always congested or dealing with some kind of allergies . Took the bp today and it was 137/80 this is definitely high for me .
Current cycle 500 test 600 primo 400 dhb .

Any recommendations on lowering this asap . I’d rather not drop the cycle but if I have to I will . Anyone have any knowledge on witch one of these would be the culprit or is it a combination. I’ve only bene on dhb for 1 week and test and primo for 6 weeks .

After sitting for a few mins it went down to 132/76 but my heart rate was 109 . Not gonna lie these numbers scared me a little bit .

My wife took my bp with a manual cuff and it was 122/62 when I did it myself it was with a machine I got on Amazon and the machine is higher

Bc of Being paranoid we’ve been taking it on both arms and the left one kept coming back higher . So we’re gonna do this again later and keep up on it .

My BP is around 110/70 all the time. Recently I noticed my RHR too close to 100 consistently so I dropped the 2iu HGH thinking it might be the culprit. It wasn’t. I started ramipril 5mg at night when I saw the slightest uptick in BP. The ramipril lowered my RHR and BP enough that I am staying on it.
Along with HGH I take 200mg each per week of deca and cypionate. 10mg cialis E3D.

Even on all the gear in 2020 I only creeped to 135/85 so back then it was 5mg ramipril.
The nice thing is I buy it on our Costco runs. I think it is around $1/pill here.

Is that an otc med or you have a script ?? Are you in the states ?

I know it has to be from something I’m taking obviously. I’m more concerned with my heart rate and the fact that my bp was so different on both arms . I’m going to keep monitoring it for the next week day and night and get a pattern.

It is Rx in the LOTF. But plenty of guys here can direct you to online med companies.

My location is sorta kinda in my username and in the background of some of the pics I post.

Awesome thanks , I’m sure I’ll be able to find something around here

Well, I don’t remember your age but everyone should be getting EKGs, Echo’s, Stress tests and Cardiac Calcium scores if they are pushing limits of their bodies. Most physicians won’t do them with the excuse “you aren’t old enough”, “your cholesterol isn’t high enough”, “your risk factors don’t warrant these tests”…shit like that. But even so, paying out of pocket for the ones you can afford is good practice. Cardiac Calcium Tests are $99 in San Diego. Most dr. offices have EKGs. I had an echo done at the local Jr. College for free, just find out when they are teaching it. They always need bodies.

I’m 34 . I haven’t had any of those tests done other then getting labs . I don’t have insurance right now so it kinda limits what I can do . I will have it in the next few months and I plan on getting everything lol

My doc pretty much only trusts the manual cuff. Says the machines consistently skew bp numbers higher.
Not saying this is the situation with you, but your numbers might not be as high as you are worried about.

I’ve actually noticed this myself bc we check it both ways and the manual cuff is always lower . Usually has me in the 120’s over 70-80

I want to get some type of bp med to run low dose . The shit can’t hurt .

Cialis at 5 mgs ed and baby aspirin 1 ed

10mg of cialis ed keeps mine low. sometimes too low.

and no it doesnt make you horny but you wake up with raging erections that can sometimes be annoying.

Does the cialis make you horney all the time ??
It does not have any effect on desire, however it does help with blood flow.
Like nuttz54 said, peeing in the morning can be a bit difficult.
Other than that, I’ve had no negative sides.
My urologist recommends it to all his patients.

Any one pint me in the direction on who Carrie’s it ?

use a bigger BP cuff. what's your average HR when you are sleeping ? maybe get a watch that monitors HR and oxygen saturation while you sleep.

Funny you say this bc wife keeps saying that cuff we have is to small for my arm … but my arms arnt that big lol . Do you know if Apple Watch monitors any of that stuff ??

Hi, just reading you bp levels here and they are all pretty low. I have never been on a cycle of any steroids, tablets etc only joined and considering taking some but have no idea what and how much. My BP is naturally high I'm talking 150 over 90 even when I was 25,atm I am 33. I don't take drugs, I never injected a steroid in my life and I do smoke and drink moderately. I have been into sports and gym for about 20 years now. Not sure if this is the right thread to ask what to take for starters test. ?

Hey bro , you should make a thread Inteoducing your self first if you haven’t already . Or make one and post up your stats current diet training possibly pics and get some options from there . I do not condone the use of any drugs to any one . But to each his own. If I were you I would not start the steroids if you’ve never done it . Most get hooked and never want to come off and eventually on trt for life among a slew of other possible health complications especially if you already have high bp. Hope this helps my friend .

I looked for some cialis and all I could find are 20mg pills . Do they come in lower mg ??? I’d probably wana start off with like 5 and go from there

5 mg of Cialis each day, and a Carditone tab each night with my other pills worked wonders for me.
Mine comes back perfect all the time (115/65 with a HR of 65).

Mine used to be borderline high... (I also gave up all booze which Im sure helped as I was using it almost daily)

Lol... those aren't bad numbers minus your pulse. After 25 years i tried EQ for the first time this year. High dose but still... my bp went from its normal 125/68 even on 2g gear to 160/100 in 10 days once the EQ reached week 6. First thing i did was drop a pint of blood. Didnt make a dent. But then EQ builds blood like no other, not even close. So i dropped another 1.25 pints a week later and I'm back to 120/68. Didnt even get slightly dizzy. I was a year overdue donating but to think i was holding a solid 2 extra pints is scary.

And for those of you about to have a hissy fit at the thought of self phlebotomy, yeah its not for the faint of heart or inexperienced.
