Ok I’m just posting this to give some of you guys that think you can run gear for years and years without breaks and also think organ protection is just too much money. New Years I went to the ER for what I thought was kidney stones. Well a week later I got sent home with a diagnosis of having cancer in my one kidney thats causing all the issues. I’m not telling you guys this for sympathy or to sound like the old fart who is constantly telling everyone to be careful. I’m just reminding everyone to be smart and always take your supplements. They are the most important part of your cycle. The hardest punch I’ve taken in my whole career was the one I just got from some random cancer doc at the ER when he came in my room and said hey you got the big C. I’m one of the younger guys here too. Wonder what caused it? I’m not looking to debate anyone either. All I know is since I was about 15 or so I started with a real MMA coach and I basically lived a very very clean lifestyle for 20 years. Ive never even had a beer or a cigarette. Hell I’ve never even drank a cup of coffee. No one else in my family has had this issue. The only constant that I can think of is using PEDS most of those years. Obviously I didn’t do much when I was super young but as I aged I would have to say my PED use increased. Still not to the levels that I would consider a lot now but still I used them. Other than the PEDs I really can’t think of another constant. Whatever I’m not preaching I just have developed a few really good friendships here and I just wanted to remind everyone to be as careful as you can be. I’m definitely not blaming our lifestyle but remember Steroids are dangerous. You gotta respect them and all the advice guys have given for years and years based on their experiences. Take breaks. Take organ support seriously. Drink water. Drink more water. Listen to the old heads even if they seem to be overly careful. They are that way for a reason.

Better get a follow up visit with a specialist to confirm the diagnosis and if cancer runs in your family it would be wise to get tested early on to determine your risk level. Hope you got this one detected early enough and most likely you might have that kidney removed as I had one relative who got kidney cancer had one kidney removed and after that was in remission.

Thanks for the good reminder AR, and I wish you the best outcome with your situation brother

Sorry man! A close loved one of mine had kidney cancer and lost about 40% of one kidney. It happens. Doesn't matter how much you try to avoid it, how healthy a lifestyle you live, what you take or don't take. It just happens. Probably the majority of people have cancer by the time they reach the end of their life. But not everyone dies *from* it. Hang in there, get a second opinion (usually happens when you consult surgeon if operable), and focus on being clean and healthy in the here and now.

Not to make a depressing story, but one of my grandparents was freaked out about getting cancer. She took everything under the sun that was supposed to help prevent cancer. If she read a tablespoon of peanut butter a day helped ward off cancer, she was doing it from then on. She literally had a HUGE regimen of this, that, and the other thing...all to prevent cancer. When she finally got diagnosed decades later with cancer, it was already spread through her entire body and she passed within the week. So all the "healthy" living in the world doesn't guarantee anything. Live your life, enjoy it, and make every day count.

Damn dude. This sucks. I’m sorry this happened to you. Hang in there and keep your head held high brother!!

Damn sorry about the bad news man. Stay positive, you'll beat it. Lifes a mother fucker.

Thanks Multi and a second opinion is already in the works. I learned that a looong time ago. Always get a second opinion. Sometimes a third but then things get kinda weird cause I’m my experience none of the Docs ever agree 100% with each other. Listen I’m not trying to rain on everyone’s AAS parade. I can’t blame them for getting Cancer especially since I would think I’ve put a strain on my kidneys more than the average fella anyway. I’m just reminding everyone that while they are living their life their way just to make sure you take the time to protect your body as well as you can.

Very sorry to hear sir.

I have seen multiple people defeat Cancer though so it's doable.

I know a guy who defeated his cancer from Fasting and cutting sugars. A friend of mine she had surgery and radiation and beat it. Know a guy that had small pieces of glass blasted into the area to help kill the cancer.

One of my best friends is actually fighting Breast Cancer right now. He is about to start Chemo and radiation. I have him using high dose INJ glutathione as we speak to help his body, glutathione helps defeat side effects of chemo. Thankfully we caught his early.

Cannabis Oil, Frequency and Sound machines are also very well known to help.

Best wishes to you and let us know what we can do to help.

Getting past the whole diag is hard and takes time..You got my email Brother.
Tell you guys this...have to stay positive and surrounding yourself with PE that really care..Thats whats kept me alive theses last few yrs..ASF is credited the most..

First just see where you're at..stage,support,Dr.s,and then if you're able to continue work..disablity might be an option..But take some deep breaths and convince yourself never to quit..then start looking for the Good in it..A totally different concept but one that makes sense in this chaos..C has made me 10x the MAN I was..its the fight-of-your Life..

Only ONE choice....Fight or Give Up
Z...

Most cancers cannot survive without carbs. Keto can literally kill cancer. I highly recommend people with will power to cut carbs and see where it gets them. At worst, you've ate healthier for a few months.

sorry bro, hope your second opinion is negative

Sorry to hear that brother AR may I ask what were the symptoms you were experiencing?

Hell, seems you can't catch a break. I remember when the biggest problem you had was some beta boi asking for round ice cubes, lol You're a fighter man, you got this!

Your memory is freaking scary. I can't remember what I had for breakfast.

Yeah man Im definitely riding the “struggle bus” lately. I usually don’t complain about much but the “black cloud” bullshit is getting old. Maybe I pissed the big man in the sky off when I cheered my fathers death? Who knows? Who cares. Fuck it now all I have to do is sell my good kidney to pay for the removal of my bad one. Lol

Nothing you did and probably something that was going to happen either way. I like the way Solomon explained it in Ecclesiastes 9:11

I returned to see under the sun that the swift do not have the race, nor the mighty ones the battle, nor do the wise also have the food, nor do the understanding ones also have the riches, nor do even those having knowledge have the favor; because time and unforeseen occurrence befall them all.

Stay strong

Hey thanks everyone for the kind words. That’s not really why I posted this but still very much appreciated. Don’t care what anyone says. That shit makes a huge difference. Anyway to be honest now that it’s all sunk in Im thinking I should feel kinda lucky. As far as I know it’s all in one kidney and hasn’t spread anywhere else. Good thing it was found now cause who knows where it would be in 6 months or a year. Especially with me running GH. I’ll never be one of those poor me kinda guys. It is what it is. My body has been breaking down on me since day one and this is no different. I train for years at something. It breaks. I fix it and continue to train my ass off. Yeah I know that’s the definition of insanity. Pretty sure this will probably be surgery #19 and most likely #20 when it’s over. I use to always joke about how fucked up it would be if I hit the #20. Ooops. Fuck it I’ll just blame my old man for this shit too since he blessed me with the genetics of a glass. Something always breaks. Lol I kinda feel like that one dumbass dog you know of that gets the shit beat out of it by his master all the time but still comes back every day. Wtf?

I’m sorry bro. I originally thought I had a prostate infection because I had to piss really bad but then it was a struggle. Then when I did piss it was like pissing fire and I started to piss with obvious amounts of blood in my urine. Then came me talking to random people that weren’t really there. Nurse said I was talking to Denzel Washington at one point. Lol Then came the pain. I thought I was having kidney stones at first but it was just my kidney. Who knew.

Sorry to hear that brother AR may I ask what were the symptoms you were experiencing?

IDK all that much on cancer...except I have also been big on use Antioxidants to fight off free radicals that supposedly play a role in cancer starting in the body.

Especially glutathione.

That being said, so long as it hasn't spread....prognosis seems good? I mean you could and ppl can/do live with just one kidney.

If it comes to that, I mean.

Hope you have good insurance bro. From what I understand, treatment is stupid expensive.

If it wasn't for C, most ppl wouldn't even carry health insurance. Roll the dice.

Ur too fuckin mean to let this get u bro! That's right- I'm still watching from afar. Known u since u got disrespected from ur first post( about op's and subs). Ur old buddy HR's got ur back. Mine and the little princess's prayers are powerful my friend. Ask Z- man! U got this bud-HR

Sorry to hear this 15… best wishes going your way.

Thank you for the words of wisdom… many forget about taking care of themselves when all is good… takes some bad news to remind

So….

Seems like you can use the support of your wife. Be a rock for you.

Can you let go of that crap she did years back with your cousin??

Doesn’t seem so important now I bet. Idk
