Push50’s pushing it again.

Ya I have a basic understanding of where it is. I’m pretty confident I know how low it should be but not quite positive if I’m too far forward or back… it just doesn’t really “feel” right so I stopped using them.

This is where I had been pinning. I always had a little pip following injection but nothing too bad. Felt like hip pain. Anyways does this look like correct placement to you? (Sorry for posting pics of my ass on your log bro lol)

The Clen may be a little high but I’m running it 2 days on 1 day off and tolerate it really well.
As for the t3, if I had normal levels of TSH and T4 it probably would be a little high. My TSH runs bottom end around 0.6 mlU/ml and my Free T4 runs bottom end around 0.85 ng/dl. I’m tolerating both pretty well. I’m scheduled to see an endocrinologist in late spring, soonest I could get in. My doc was going to put me on Synthroid at 50 a day but wants to wait till I see the other doctor.
Additionally, I am seeing the endocrinologist because my FSH and LH are sitting at “0”. IGF1 is at bottom end at 42 ng/ml. Total test at 66, free test at 1.7 and bioavailability is at 13. My test leveled have been dropping since I was in my mid 30’s before I even started with pro hormones and aas.

When I came off my last cycle, instead of going back to a trt dose of test I ran a post cycle and was off all gear for about 3 months. Just wanted to reassess where all my levels were at. As I suspected they were not good. So in the future I will continue to run a trt dose of test when I end a cycle.

I’m by no means a spring chicken and I know that nothing comes with out proper diet and exercise. There is no replacement for hard work.

I think it’s safe to say that my body fat is currently around 16%.

Shit bother that is crap load of T3 and Clen to start out with! You typically start much lower and titrate up. To go up from there would be risky. Typically I don’t do more than 25mcg of T3. Clen I will start at 20mcg and titrate up to no more than 80mcg.

First anybody be that has been following my thread please understand that the dosage rates used on my Clen and my T3 is ere not directed or endorsed by Max.
Max gave me a range of dosages and did want to see how the Clen worked for me on bursts of 2 days on 1 day off. The dosages were all me. I have taken any and all constructive criticism into account and I would have to agree that the dosage were high. I think that part of it, as some of you might be able to associate with, is the fact that I have at some level, “Body Dysmorphia” I never really thought about it until now. When I look in the mirror I still see a “FatBoy”. Like in the attached picture.
Anyway. As suggested I am dropping my Clen to 40mcg 2 days on Monday day off and I am going to drop my T3 to 12.5 mcg and see if here that takes me. I really appreciate Mont go and Killions input and value both of their opinions. That’s one of the reasons I live this forum. These guys know when to say something and they don’t do it just to “Flame” a guy. It’s because they do care and that means a lot. Thanks guys.

Got a little off track this past week.
Cleaning the house and grocery shopping, trying to get everything back in order for the wife’s return. She got home Sunday night around 9:00 pm and I didn’t get to sleep until 1:00am a wake at 4:30 on Monday but she kept me busy enough that I didn’t get a workout in. Not in the conventional sense anyway. Hips hurt so bad this morning that I decided to use today as an off day and get back to my workout routine tomorrow.
So tomorrow I’ll hit upper body and go from there. So freaking glad to have the wife home. I’ll post some week 5 updated pics tomorrow as well.

Some changes to diet for the next couple weeks. Dropping over all caloric intake, decreasing carbs and fats with a slight increase in proteins. Workout will remain the same except that I will have shorter intervals between sets. Looking to shave off a little more fat before I head to Florida the end of the month. I probably already look better than 99.6% of the managers that will be going on this business trip but I’m my own worst critic. I still see the fat boy.

Workout routine, Meal, Supplements all good!

Workouts are great. Pushing heavier weight than I have in years. Pumps from the Winstrol are insane, and pretty much run the course of the day not just during workouts.

Meals are on track. Reduced overall caloric intake, reduced carbs and fats and increased proteins. Eating a lot of baked fish and steamed vegetables.

Daily supps are where they should be. Some of them I take at my wife’s choosing, but she has taken care of me for 30 years so I know she’s just looking out for me.
AAS are all performing as I would expect having got them from Napsgear. They have never disappointed me. Ish I would have opted for Ana at instead of the Winny or even coupled them together for my cut, but there is always next time. I’ve got tren, dbol and anadrol on hand for latter after I cut some more fat then it will be time to grow. Super stoked! I can feel the fire burning!!!
