•Dumbbell Lunges-25’s
•Standing Calf Raises (can be done with Barbell in Cage off blocks)-4x6@250.

First anybody be that has been following my thread please understand that the dosage rates used on my Clen and my T3 is ere not directed or endorsed by Max.
Max gave me a range of dosages and did want to see how the Clen worked for me on bursts of 2 days on 1 day off. The dosages were all me. I have taken any and all constructive criticism into account and I would have to agree that the dosage were high. I think that part of it, as some of you might be able to associate with, is the fact that I have at some level, “Body Dysmorphia” I never really thought about it until now. When I look in the mirror I still see a “FatBoy”. Like in the attached picture.
Anyway. As suggested I am dropping my Clen to 40mcg 2 days on Monday day off and I am going to drop my T3 to 12.5 mcg and see if here that takes me. I really appreciate Mont go and Killions input and value both of their opinions. That’s one of the reasons I live this forum. These guys know when to say something and they don’t do it just to “Flame” a guy. It’s because they do care and that means a lot. Thanks guys.
