So, I’ve been away for a little bit. Completed my last run in October and ran a pct just to see where my natural labs were at!!! That’s the last time I don’t just run try after a cycle. They were all verrry low. I’ll be working with A Coach on this cycle and we are going to start with an 8 week program and make changes along the way as needed.

I picked up some gear from Napsgear and I’m looking forward to making things happen.
Initial cycle is going to be:
Test @ 600/wk
Mast @ 400/wk
NPP @ 300/wk

I have some Tren, anadrol, dbol and winny that I will work into the mix at some/different points throughout.

I’ll also incorporate T3 and Clen. Lethro, clomid and tamoxifen on hand if needed. Never have needed the but always better safe then sorry. I also have some prami on hand for when I start my tren.


For those that don’t know me I am Push50!!

I am 55y/o at 5’6” and weigh in at 169lbs.
I have been lifting weights for the better part of 10+ years... I run a very clean diet most of the year and even in the months that my diet is not as clean; I still strive to make healthy choices. At the age of 48 I entered my first amateur bodybuilding competition and have competed in two others since then. This was a bucket list item and I have not decided if I will ever compete again, however, I still run a cycle or two a year and maintain a healthy life style so that if I decide to I am ready. When I am not on a cycle, I cruise on 150-200 mg/Test Cyp./wk, 0.5-1.0 mg/Anastrzol as needed. Therefore, I never really run a post cycle.My diet typically consists of Chicken, Fish, Shrimp, turkey, Ground Turkey, 90/10 Ground Beef, and Steak (lean) 1-2 times a week for dinner, broccoli, asparagus, Brussel sprouts, green beans, and I incorporate carbs with every meal.
Typically, my meals are dependent on whether I am cutting or bulking and the only fluctuation is the volume that I take in and the addition of increased carbs when bulking to push my calories up. I will try to increase caloric intake on bulks without the use of the mass gainers unless they are required to reach a caloric surplus.

Meal plan:Target Macros are:protein @ 250 gms Carbs @ 350 gms Fats @ 70 gms or lessWorkouts will be:Fasted cardio everydayUpper BodyLower BodyOffUpper BodyLower Body.

I figure I’m somewhere between 15-17% BF currently. I’ll be running military tape and calipers in the coming week to get a better defined number.

I’ve got Ghost Legends preworkout. Works great and really makes me sweat. I’m stoned to get things going. So far the only issue I have had is consuming so many calories. I know that 3100 doesn’t seem like much but it’s about 1300 more than I usually take in. It will just take a a week or two to amp up my metabolism and then I don’t think it will be a problem any more.

I get lethargic for 2 weeks or more but within the 3rd week, it completely reverses to massive energy & hunger . The workload & your metabolism just change and you will see..

So I hit upper body today after fasted cardio. Did 20 minutes on the treadmill: 4mph@6% then 15 minutes more 4mph@10%.
Cardio was a little tough. Pinned NPP in my right quad yesterday and it’s a little stif today. Working it out though so no worries.

Upper Body 1

So I hit upper body today after fasted cardio. Did 30 minutes fasted cardio on the treadmill: 4.5 mph@6% for 15 minutes then 15 minutes more 4.5mph@10%.
Hitting 115-125 heart rate so should be in fat burn range. Bench is up, I think right now most of my increases are due to me not being afraid to push heavier weights.

Thanks max. I think everything is going well right now. Getting the cardio dialed back in so that I was hitting my target hr seemed like the toughest part so far.
 
Today is an off day. I hit fasted cardio a little bit long. 30 minutes of 4.0 mph@6% and 20 min of 4.5mph @10%. Then did some yoga just to stretch things out. Seems like the older I get the more stretching seems to help.

Meals are on track to hit my macros.

Feeling good, feeling strong. Work kind d of threw me off track the last couple day so I just started over with my Upper body Day 1 and will proceed from here.

Works just been crazy- I had classes 3 days this week and 4 days each week for the next 2 weeks but I still have a shit ton to get done in the lab. Some of what I need to do I can catch up on weekend doing computer work-Designs and such but some I have to be in the lab where the equipment is.
It’s all good. If you do what you love you never work a day in your life.
Veins are already starting to pop out and I’m only in week 2. Can’t wait to see where I am at the end of week 8.

It’s looking like I’m going to have to pick up some more weights. I’m almost tapped out with what I have at least on squats. I have an additional 5 lbs. to add.

What are you guys thoughts on using chains for extra weight on squats?

I have a 15 lb. Chain I can currently use and the chains are a lot cheaper then weights.

I’ve built up such a tolerance down on my lower neck /upper back from the Oly bar , I don’t even use a towel or a manta Ray(which are very awesome). If you have 2chainz’s (lol) u can hang them off the ends of the bar , if one ; use it anywhere center balance.

No back issues. Yeah I like the idea of chains. They are not cheap but they are cheaper tan weight. Just a matter of getting the to the length/weight I want.

Still hitting target heart rate and breaking a good sweat.

Friday I hit legs and yesterday was an off day with a cheat meal.
My daughter came over for dinner and I fixed ribs, beans, potatoes, salad and cheese biscuits.

Hit upper body today after fasted
cardio. Did 30 minutes on treadmill 4mph@10%.
One more week until the wife gets home.

Still feeling good. No negative sides noted.
The test, mast and NPP are all very smooth. When I pin all 3 I do the 3 mls all at once. No pip other than the normal pain that usually comes with putting 3 mls in your hip. It works out in a short time.
When I pin the NPP mid week I use a slin pin and rotate quads. Still goes smoothly
And does cause a slight discomfort the next day but I figure as soon as my body acclimates to the pinning in that location it will subside.

I know I’m a little impatient but I feel like I’m not dropping fat quick enough. Of course I’m only 3 weeks in at this point.
I’ll be patient.

If so would you mind doing me a huge favor by marking the area you would pin with a pen or something and taking a pic so I can compare to where i have been doing it? Pretty sure I’m still missing the sweet spot and would like to get it down.

Ya I have a basic understanding of where it is. I’m pretty confident I know how low it should be but not quite positive if I’m too far forward or back… it just doesn’t really “feel” right so I stopped using them.

This is where I had been pinning. I always had a little pip following injection but nothing too bad. Felt like hip pain. Anyways does this look like correct placement to you? (Sorry for posting pics of my ass on your log bro lol)
