I like that bit what he said about uneven body fat distribution… that always puzzled me because even when my upper body would be shredded AF 8 visible abs and no fat to pinch, my ass and thighs were still meaty AF. Sucks man. I’ve always had a fat ass.

I have a few good things going for me such as a decent metabolism and even fat distribution. Everything else is average, though.
