How much did you weigh when you first started?

I was 370 lbs about 5 years ago. Lost a bunch of weight down to 240. But you know what they say, it wasn't just fat I lost. I realized I had gotten a lot weaker. For some reason it was most noticable in my forearms. They got very skinny and I couldn't open a really stuck jar lid. About a year ago I started to drift back up towards 300. Over the last 12 months I'm back down to 265 but way more muscular. Mostly been doing TRT with one true cycle where I went as high as 500 of test.

Jesus how old are you bro? Lol jk… we didn’t have that shit either. I think cell phones just started getting popular when I was in high school, flip phones that is… I don’t remember ANYone having one in hs, crazy now 90% of middle schoolers have one…
 
Started weight training in HS my junior year(1978) for football. When I graduated in 1979 I was a whopping 115lbs. My heaviest weight ever was 220lbs. Currently 210lbs.

Started at 215# got up to 308# at my heaviest.
Currently post show rebound im sitting at 290ish.... lil to heavy now that im older.

In high school I graduated at 120lbs. I started lifting heavy at 17.

At my peak I was 230-240 at 5'7"

My max bench was 500-525

My max deadlift was 900 in contest

My max squat was 785+ for 2 reps

I'm retired now and much weaker.

I still can rep 315 for 20 at 200lbs and make people around me look stupid. Teens try and work in with me (to show me up) and instantly regret it

Same here. Well as had cellular phones but they were the old Nokia ones without cameras.
 
I was just under 8 lbs when I got started lifting binkies and eventually worked my way up to bottles. 18.5 years later I graduated high school weighing about 165, skinny fat. Started hitting the weights in the military about 2 years later, did a dumb fucking superdrol run and that ended that foray into weights, 177 lean.

Climbed trees and broke my fucking back for a about 6 years after I got out of the military. Left the climbing saddle behind for the desk and started hitting the weights again about 2 years later.

Started at 160ish, got up to 215 and currently weigh about 200 even. I’m not a freak by any means but I get the old lady wet and I could smash the average guy on the street pretty easily.
 
Lmfao bro I was just thinking the same. They just made the "cell phone"..Used to be built into the car..No texting or pictures just straight calling. Could you imgaine the youth today? I mean shit I'd even complain if I have to call someone.

I started out at 160 lb, now I'm 230 lb and much leaner. Heaviest I've ever been was 260 lb but wasn't very lean. Had to make a decision between lifting as much as I could in the gym and my health, so I chose the latter.
 
When I started my first blast (currently on first cruise now), I was 130-135lbs. I was 8 months clean from a 3 year suicide mission with narcotics post marine corps. I am currently 180lbs and I can honestly say that anabolics have saved my life and my marriage. I took 100mg test p eod, 125mg test e eod, 100mg mast eod, 100mg npp eod 12 weeks, 70mg tren ace eod last 4 weeks. The npp started to fuck with my head a bit towards the end and I decided to say fuck it and try a bit of tren. To my surprise, I didn’t get a ton of side effects with the tren. I was a bit more aggressive, but naturally I am confrontational and socially abrasive as it is. (Must’ve been all the crayons I ate in the corps)
 
That’s my mistake right there then… I’m only ever on here on my damn phone. Will start using my pc for times when I want to add pics.

I weighed 150 lbs at 14. I was up to about 225 lbs by age 20. Currently I weigh around 200 lbs.

Looking much better bro! Glad you made it out alive dancing with the devil and fucking with the opiates. I’m one of the very few success stories amongst my group of degenerates that I called friends. The ones that haven’t died yet will soon. Every time I run into one they reassure me and tell them to get lost cause I can’t follow them down that road anymore. That was my biggest hold back, trying to get clean and still hang out with my “friends” that were using… dropped them all like the bad habit they are and I’ve been much healthier since.
 
I was 160 when I started actual serious weights & machines @ 12 yrs old but the year prior, I was 5’ 4” and 107lbs! . At 15, I hit 193 @ 5’9” after using a few Book Programs my papa gave me. Even though the internet had a lot and I had him(he worked non-stop), I used 1980’s published stuff - I used Bigger Muscles in 42days by Ellington Darden(it’s rare and I saw one on Amazon for $140! Lmao. I was taking 5,500-7,700 kcals from start to finish and gained 33lbs ! Changed my whole POV & goals . Sitting at 217 now . When I got my growth spurt, I trained & ate a ton to combat the lanky look, I felt like I was growing all in like 2 month period , never got taller after that (most my brothers are 6’ 1 - 6’ 2 , papa was 5ft 11. I gain easier than the big brothers but one is stronger (Bastard ! ) lols

When I started about 2 years ago I was a 5' 10" 240lb fat ass. My free time was cooking, drinking and of coarse eating, after the doctor told me my liver was taking a serious beating and I was borderline diabetic I decided I needed to do something to change.
I got down as low as 178lbs and currently sitting at 193, I've never been healthier and happier. The best part is my wife has made the transformation journey with me and as she's down 60lbs herself with full intentions on pushing harder!
