    Typically I see 2-4 tablespoons a day broke into 2 servings. I've been pretty consistently taken it daily for years. Always get the "with mother" kind. I can drink it straight but man it's rough sometimes. The darker the color the cider is the more it's going to wreck you in my experience. The lighter in color is "less" abrasive I've found...

    Just add 1-2 spoons in a class of water and taste wonít be that bad, if itís still nasty to you add more water. Lemon juice should be good as well though.

    One or two drops of liquid stevia also helps alot with taste
