It’s a caloric deficit thing. You can not target fat loss. You cannot do specific exercises to burn fat. Eat less move more. Fat is stored calories (energy).
This is basic beginner stuff.
It doesn’t target belly fat. It is not a fat burner. In fact frag hasn’t really been shown to do much of anything outside of placebo. The guy is complete beginner and doesn’t need to use drugs he needs diet and training advice
