ARREST JUST DAYS AFTER PLEADING GUILTY TO FEDERAL FELONIES. FACES TEN YEARS IN PRISON FOR MISLABELING NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS, MORE.
BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — RedCon1 Founder Aaron Singerman was nearly three times the legal limit for breath alcohol content after he crashed a boat multiple times in Broward County, according to an arrest report obtained by BocaNewsNow.com.
The report reveals that Singerman provided breath samples of .236 and .249 after crashing the boat in the late night hours of November 22nd. He was booked into jail at 2:53 AM on November 23rd.
“(Deputies responded in reference to) a boat smashing into parked boats and also struck a dock. The complainant told 911 dispatcher that the boat was spinning in circles (and) driving recklessly” stated the police report. “(The Deputy) observed an open container of Rum that was on the seat of the boat, the container was completely consumed.” Read the complete police report, below.
The latest arrest appears to negate claims made by RedCon1’s attorney who told BocaNewsNow.com last year that Singerman enjoys a “close relationship” with police officers throughout the community who will always protect him. That claim was made after we published this photo of Singerman posing with a Delray Beach Police Sgt. who granted him access to the Department’s back office following his federal indictment. The photo, ironically, was released as part of a RedCon1 media campaign.
