    EAT diet has stayed on track weigh in again at 225lb

    SLEEP 8hrs sleep has been excellent lately I believe this will help me lose the weight

    TRAINING 30min stationary bike fasted cardio today is chest

    Im doing well just need to burn 5 more lbs and I will have hit my first goal natty

    EAT diet is already off today I ate a cheat meal im not stressing it my training and cardio will cover it

    SLEEP 7hrs almost a solid night

    TRAINING 30min fasted cardio just finished an arm routine

    Gotta hit 224 atleast by Friday I believe I got this feeling good

    EAT diet is going well staying below maintenance

    SLEEP 8hrs strong almost 9 hrs

    TRAINING today I did my cardio fasted 30min im going to do shoulders later and im going to hike 5 miles this afternoon

    Im feeling really good and the extra cardio hopefully will help pull off weight

    I weigh in this morning at 225.3 so I lost
    .5lb not much but I will take it sense I cheated this week should be 224lb by Monday

    Can't stop won't stop the train moves forward

    Feeling good well rested and ready to go this week adding an hr of hiking to my afternoons lately I believe that its helping

    Things have been going well I would really like to start an eca stack or an ecy stack I believe that it will help me get a Kickstart towards 215lb

    Don't mess with the DMAA its really just meth amphetamine its only different by a bit on a molecular level. I can't mess with it my BP goes crazy but I can handle ephedrine hcl the one in the picture doesn't mention if the ephedrine is hcl or sulphate the sulphate is garbage but that yhombine and ephedrine hcl I believe is going to be great for burning fat.

    I miss the injectable ephedrine hcl no one carries them anymore and they were the best pharma grade I just forgot the company name out of Poland.

    TRAINING cardio core 30min fasted cardio plus core exercises

    Feeling good weigh in at 225 so didn't lose didn't gain actually lost because I did gain 2lbs this week with my cheat meal.
    If I can just lose 2lbs this week now lol

    EAT diet is looking good staying in my range of calories and still dropping weight just weigh in at 223 so I want to keep the scale moving towards 220lb

    SLEEP 8hrs solid sleep has been amazing sense I saw my doctor

    TRAINING fasted cardio 30 min stationary bike arms today also

    Im really happy about hitting 223lb I was struggling for a bit now it seems like the weight is finally coming off
