I’ve tried RAD, Ostarine, LGD and S23. Not a fan of any. Fucks up your lipids for sure contrary to shah you hear on the internet (verified with bloodwork) and almost all gains were temporary and water related. On one cycle when I didn’t know shit about SARMs I through in MK and that was a stupid decision. Inflamed underlying carpal tunnel issues that led to surgery. So in short IMO SARMs and MK are crap. Stick to true gear and GH. Way more data behind them and tried and true.
