Had a quick leg day today and it went well. Feeling stronger by the day. We just started to push food and gear a little. Im currently sitting at 375mg of EP Test E and 250mg of Mast E weekly. Hope everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving!

Had a good back/hamstring day yesterday. Sore as hell. Been doing a lot more stiff leg dead’s lately. Really connecting with my hamstring with them. This day is starting to become my favorite day.

I don't comment in here much but always watching and man I gotta say I'm super proud of ya. Work ethic, consistent, and more gifted(genetically) than you think. I'm even a bit jealous. Hope imma fraction of what you are before my old body finally gives. I'm almost 40 so I'll never catch you but I'll sure have fun trying anyway

Damn back pumps! I have a tub of creatine , taurine , and Beta-alanine separately in 4.4lb tubs just for that reason. Whenever I take Var or Tbol or just am lifting heavier on deads (low back pumps suck) !

It will be summer of 2023 for my Pro debut.

She is killing it. She is full blown off-season right now. Gearing up for nationals next fall. Will probably do a warmup show early fall or later summer.
