Havn’t touched 365 on bench in a long long time. Next week going to failure on 315. Did not like going so low on the reps. But I’ve just been feeling strong. No ego because I’m training home. Just testing my limits and enjoying weight lifting. Have to have fun when you lift.

Chest got too tight on that last set thats why I stopped at 12. That was the entire workout believe it or not, then did posing with the wife and made her make me hold the poses even longer. Sick pump from workout and even sicker posing with that pump. I would take more progress pics but I’m covered in tatts. Will take another one like I did in the beginning soon. Weighed 232lb today.

My endurance when squatting is shit. Actually my endurance in general is bad, and getting worse as I keep gaining weight. When I was in the 240’s wiping my ass was challenging, excited for that again lol.
Bro that damn eye lid twitch annoys the crap outa me. If I’m ever going somewhat heavy and to failure, those last few reps pushing through that pain barrier get me.
My spots are usually white not blue, at least you have some color lol Get that bag ready if I’m seeing spots.
I see red or white spots with yellow halos that move like shooting stars whenever I bench, dead or squat heavy plus my heart pounds pretty hard too like it's gonna jump outta my chest. Diet was on point. Everything really starting to peak. Appetite and strength feel like their increasing daily now.
Day 39. Shoulders/Hamstrings. 10/14.
Had fun with this one. Did triple supersets with 2 exercises as shoulders and 1 for hamstrings.

Did 3 sets of each. Diet was ok, worked a lot this day. I’ve been eating a lot of Chinese recently, either General Tso’s, Chicken Chow Mein, or Steamed Chicken or Beef. Somewhat staying healthy, at least better than McDonalds.
Day 40. Arms. 10/15.
Did not think I’d be able to train today but somehow found the energy. Worked 5am-1pm then 3pm-7pm. Was going to try to train between the gap, but was so hungry and ended up taking a nap and deciding to train after 7pm.

Worked all day and hit gym right after so diet was not good today. It was very healthy, but didn’t consist of a lot of food.
Have been feeling great. Pump was insane today. And posing practice was the best I’ve looked in my life.
Diet was off from work. But still kept my weight at 232lb.

Over the weekend I went to a haunted house and corn field maze. Love Halloween. Ate a lot this weekend. And ended up weighing 234lb by the end of it.

Feeling really good recently. Diet was much better today and made it back to 236lb.
Did about 20 minutes of posing after the workout and was winded almost harder than the workout.
Had a few people reach out and ask when I’m competing. I’m not sure yet, if everything goes according to plan hopefully the end of 22 or 23. Really want to fill out my frame more. We’ll see when March comes around, I’ll make the decision then.

Day 55. Off. 10/30.
Just relaxing and eating all day. Trying to focus on getting to 240lb. Feeling great, diet has been good. Wife said I looked bloated today, which is the look I’ve been going for. She knows my offseason look better than anyone, once I’m back in the 240’s my face gets fat and she says it reminds her of a teddy bear with my beard lol Still sitting at 236 lets see what we can do today and tomorrow. Will have to post some good food porn.
