    Not 8 or 80 ! of course this cycle is crazy and we know the more we put the more we grow but after some dosage ( sweet spot ) you will increase 1% gains and 99% sides , tell me if worth it? of course not . the smartest way is to slowly ramp up until you discover your sweet spot and stay there not taxing to much your health and achieving the best version of you . Be smart , be healthy

    It's like no one here on ASF believes genetics is key to being a pro, everyone thinks it is all about the drugs.

    Could not be further from the truth.

    Without a doubt on my mind that cycle would seriously kill a human being.
    It would be damn near impossible for them not to develop some sort of abscess or cellulitis.
    I don't care how massive the individual is that is a lot of injection volume furthermore think of the amount of solvents the body is metabolizing on a daily basis. And any heavy metals that may be inside of the product, there's just no way.
    Now I believe when Greg Valentino said he was using two or 3000 of testosterone, but everything else on that list I highly doubt that rammy was using at that dosages.
    His blood would be like ragu.

    But I agree with the theory and it sounds good on paper that things would be the opposite with protocols.
    But the reality is it all comes down to nutrition partition and, cardio and what's in the kitchen. And it literally makes your brakes those that are truly consistent.
    Those that stick to the formula and are beyond disciplined make it happen with the kitchen and they just let the gear be tools in the background.
    But I've been more curious about over the years is the true authentic diet that these pros have rather than these bullshit cycles.
    There has been general ideas of information what they eat but I really really want to see what these boys are eating.. it's guaranteed that it's the same old shit everyday day in Day Out boring mundane but they are programmed and consistent

    When I used Phil Hernon years ago his protocol was lower drugs while gaining because food and training is your main anabolic and in a fat loss phase or cutting you’d raise the dosages. This is pretty common. A lot of coaches do this as far as contest prep goes that’s also when you’d add the harsher compounds. A growth phase should be longer than a fatloss one.
