    What if progress stops

    If I stop dropping body fat what would should I do to get it back on track ??
    Currently I am 5 7í 203 lbs . I started dieting at 230 lbs . I am eating 2000 calories a day and working out 5 days a week. Also doing 30mins steady state cardio 5 days. Iím pretty sure I lowered my calories to fast so I donít wana have to reduce any more . Where do I go from here if it stalls out . I donít wana waste time messing around . I am disciplined and can follow any eating plan needed to get the job done .
    Compounds
    Test c 500mg
    Deca 500mg
    Primo 400 mg
    Iím 3 weeks into the cycle .

    Your goal is to lean out?

    Iíd drop the deca and carb cycle and increase cardio.... also, what is your workout regiment currently? Might need to tweak that some..

    think periodization.


    by increase cardio I mean.... high intensity interval training. 30 mins. 3 days a week.

    Right now im doing a ppl split . I just switched to this a week ago . Cardio consists of the steps and incline treadmill.
    Nutrition Iím eating 5 400 calorie meals a day . Taking into 200g protein and 200g carbs . The food is clean , rice beans ground Turkey , Chicken, lean beef, . Fruit like bananas and strawberryís.

    Track weight gym performance if it drops to much strength being the big factor then increase food

    id also have a load day one day per week when carbs calories are high to refuel glycogen stores


    45 min cardio empty stomach if possible if not post workout starting with 5 days gradually going into everyday

    What do you recommend for a load day . Right now I typically take in 200g carbs a day. And with cardio can I split the session into 2 different times of the day ??

    Yea, Iíd do your slower paced cardio fasted and then push yourself with some HIIT post workout. Wind sprints and suicides if you can.

    cream of rice any rice product and even some cookies before bed always works well having mostly clean carb with some higher fat carbs cookies fill me out amazingly if youíre on 200g per day high days go for 600-700 then back to 200g

    you can split it yeah this is perfect

    just my opinion when trying to lean out. Deca makes me wanna eat. And (even tho Iíve ran deca on a cut and had great results) I kinda felt like this dude maybe would benefit from less drugs and more attention to detail.

    I didnít catch how many cycles he has under his belt.

    I havenít run deca in 9 years. In that time period I was blasting and cruising on and off for 10 years . Mostly abusing the shit out of tren . I didnít wana mess with tren again bc Of the mental side effects. Fux me up . But Id cruise on test and blast tren mast test and anavar . 4 years ago I quit the sauce . To attempt to have another kid . It worked . I was off for a few years at that point and tried getting trt from my dr . I had labs done and had 203ng/dl and he thought this was fine . So I jumped back on ugl shit.

    I got put on trt with 270 total test. The draw before that was 304 or something like that and he was still willing to give me a prescription with those levels. You gotta go to a trt clinic not a primary or endocrinologist.

    I basically pay $600 for a 2 gram vial of cyp tho, so thereís thatÖ.

    Might need a cheat meal here and there.

    I have stalled many times especially when I get down to 12-15% bodyfat.

    Cheat meal will restart your metabolism.

    I keep getting different feed back like this when it comes to restarting the metabolism . I havenít stalled out completely yet but I wana be prepared if I do. Iíve also been told to return to maintenance for a week to restore metsbliosm .
