    Inflation is coming?

Maybe one of you money savvy guys can shed light on my ignorance...

Had a top guy turn in his 2 weeks for a 20k raise with a competitor. I know the market rate that I paid him was fair. 80k +15k over the quarters. Dude bombed out for 115 and is basically irreplaceable and has his mind made up to go. So is it time to give everyone a goddamn raise and change my prices with the customer? Or is he just lucky or over-sold himself. Iíll miss him.

What did he do (if you don't mind me asking)?

The market is whatever he can command if he's irreplaceable.
