    Single arm press down - 65lbs 1x12 75lbs 2x12
    Weighted dips - 25lbs 3x12

    Iíve had a bad last couple of bench days, so my coach is starting me benching twice per week. First day is speed work. He had me go pretty light on bench today. Not exactly sure why (I didnít ask), so it moved very fast and easy.
    Great Workout! Love all the exercises he has u do! Bulgarians are something that took me months to get balance(even with light weights, slow tempo). Keep it up

    Weight was 96.4kg this morning, still looking full and fairly lean. Donít think the weight is permanent though, I ate a full package of Oreos last night so I think that contributed lol

    Deadlifts - 345lbs 3x6
    RDLs - 135lbs 3x8
    T bar row -2 plates 3x10
    Mag grip lat pull downs - 140lbs 1x12 150lbs 2x12
    Axle bar curls - 95lbs 3x10
    Hammer curls - 35lbs 1x10 40lbs 2x10

    6/14 Bench Day:

    Seated axel press - 185lbs 3x6 (RPE 8)
    Speed bench - 190lbs 8x2 60 second rest
    Hercules pull-ups - 2x8 1x6
    Standing machine lateral raise - 40lbs per side 3x12 (RPE 8)
    Incline bench rear delt fly - 18lbs 2x12 1x10
    Kaz press - 200lbs 3x10 (RPE 6)

    Again, killer workout with definite strength improvement.
    Overall everything has been going great so far. Weight is consistently at 210lbs now, and Iíd say body fat is around 12 percent. Abs are there, very vascular and full.
    My girlfriend actually asked me to stop working out as much the other day lol. She said I am getting too muscular and she is starting to not like it. That was the ultimate motivation for me to push it even farther! Canít wait for the tren to kick in. I will check the beginning of this log after this post, but I think it has been about 3 weeks so far.

    6/16 Squat Day:

    Another solid workout. My squat is climbing every week. I know itís still very low, but Iíve improved a ton on it since starting this blast.
    Pinning my 4th tren shot tomorrow, which means Iím 3 weeks in. Superdrol is going to last me through 6/27, and by then Iím hoping the tren will be kicking in.

    It has been an amazing 3 weeks in the gym since starting superdrol. I had a little hiccup in my bench but my coach changed programming and added speed work on a second bench day. Canít wait to see how this pays off!
    Other than bench, however, my strength is up significantly up the board. Iíve gotten significantly stronger In Squats, deadlifts, overhead press, and every other accessory movement.
    Looking bigger, and more full while I still maintained leanness. I weigh around 210lbs now; I think I was about 202lbs at the start. People are commenting about how much tighter my shirts look, and the girlfriend has definitely noticed a big change in my body. And this is all with a horrendous diet.
    Couldnít be happier with this cycle so far!

    This is awesome. Been waiting to see a super/Tren log. Fuckin Powerhouse Duo! It really isnít about the weight number but, how heavy it is for you at the time. Keep it up

    Close grip 2 board bench - 225lbs 3x8 (RPE 9)
    Incline machine bench - 90lbs/side 1x10, 1x8, 1x9
    Single arm press down - 85lbs 3x12 (RPE 9 or 10)
    Weighted Dips - 30lbs 3x12 (RPE 9)

    Another solid workout, feeling and looking very full and getting very good pumps.
    Just did my 4th shot of tren. Still no tren cough so Iím grateful for that.

    How long does it usually take you all to start ďfeelingĒ tren enanthate, and what do you usually feel first? Iím excited for this to kick in. Iíve used tren before, but am unsure of the labs Iíve used because I never got any side effects or very strong results.

    For me it's a couple of weeks and the sides vary for me. Mostly every run after my first tren cycle I get acid reflux in a terrible way.

    You will feel it and see it soon. Week 4-5 I am looking waaay Different!....if your pretty lean already.. if not ; as long as you diet hard, train hard, eat good, you will be ďSweatiní to the OldiesĒ literally. You will know what trensomnia, trenmares, and psychotic sex drive is like !!
