Alright 20 weeks of destroying my back and making it grow! Fuck it’s pathetic right now. Thanks to SB Labs for a fun way to get gear, helping out some guys and the continued testing they are doing. I am only a year and couple months into actual training ( don’t count that shit before as I didn’t really know what doing). I used to get called fat - now I get called skinny I can’t win either way. I also hired Montego1 as my online coach.
Stats
6’4” or by internet standards 6’5”
219 lbs
Bf 14% just guessing
Cycle plan:
1-20: sust at 500+ week - may adjust as determined
1-20: EQ at 500+ week
1-5: tbol 50 day
15-20 anavar 50 day
15-20 winny 50 day
3.33 iu Hgh
May throw prop at end - always have options
Should not need a lot of ai.
2 blood bags lined up.
Basically the LBM generator with a kick
Workouts I am way to lazy to type out. PPL but still tinkering with the final set up. Going to hit back 3 times a week cause I seem to grow better. Really going for connection and weights will look pussy I get it.

CD44 you’ve got a great jumping off point. And I’d put you around 12% or lower.

As a fell tall guy (6’6”) getting thicc is hard. Just feels the weights and grow.

Incline bench 12 and 10 185
Incline fly 15 and 13 70
Cable fly 15 and 10 70
Rope tri push down 15 and 13 70
Reverse Fly 12 and 10 40
Nice easy training day slow movement to feel connection.

Meals
1: 1cup oats with protein powder scoop
2: 2 hard boiled eggs and 2 rice
3: chipotle chicken bowl - don’t tell the wife
4: 5oz chicken breast and spinach with shake after workout
5: strawberries and grapes - swear she hates me “ but they are full of anti oxidants”
1 more meal coming at around 1900 cals now and dinner better be good. Will slowly increase food as I can.

Off day
baseball 1 for 3 lazy Texas leaguer to left. Chumped one in the dirt. And kid gassed me up and out and K’ed me. Fuck cruise dose.
Cycle starts tomorrow and switching to morning workouts- can’t be bothered during that time. Excitement mounting for me it’s go time.

2571 cals yesterday and should be close to that today haven’t calculated it yet. Posing sucks from the back as I am still working on it and will try to get some good ones up for a starting point later. Wife is packing and driving me nuts. Good workout this morning

Yesterday was push and legs loading- boring! Will keep the cals at around 2500 and bump it up next week. Pull pump workout this morning

Geeze man with the wife gone I have a ton of crap to do. Cook my own food, do my laundry, take care of the cats. I should probably be more appreciative of her when she gets back. I foresee an issue of not having enough weights at the house so I went gym hunting. Found a nice hole in the wall gym that’s open super early and has tanning beds. 40 bucks a month but no masks so it’s worth it.

Damn bro, didn't realize you were a tall SOB.. I train with a guy sometimes that's 6'6 and he is pretty damn strong on most lifts but his long ass arms hinder him at times with that long range of motion. Congrats on the weight loss ...prime time to grow..subbed

Felt a really good connection with my back yesterday. Really slowing down and stretching each movement has helped.
Incline bench dumbbell rows 20-18 45
Lat pulls muscle round 135
Rows muscle rounds 185
Straight arm pull downs muscle rounds 50 these f-ing taxed me.
Barbell rows 10-8 135
And back is finally sore today so glad I am off today. Going to up cals to 2800 this week.
