What did she have you take?Yesterday was the first day I had a hard time getting food down. It was an off day and the first chicken meal took me an hour to get in. Wife gave me something for digestion that helped with the rest of the meals. I don't argue with the PhD in the house.
Back to normal today. Most lifts went up except stiff leg deads not really the hams but the lower back doesn't want to work.

85g Cream of rice
50g protein from Whey
1c berries or pineapple
1tbsp natural pb
1 muffin
Meal 2
16oz liquid egg Whites
2c rice based cereal
1 packet flavored oats
100g berries
Meal 3
6 oz chicken
2 cups rice
2tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Meal 4 -
8oz red meat
300g potatoes
Meal 5
Shake
Meal 6
Basically just hitting a certain amount of protein, carbs and fats. Like a cheat meal everyday.
