Felt amazing today. New cute little blonde at the gym today, had to keep telling myself I am married. Meals have been on target I do find myself at the store a lot more. I blow threw cream of rice, eggs whites and meat.

International chest day at the gym this morning so had to change to incline hammer. Other than that bumped most the weight up. 3 meals in. Ordered some more stuff from SB yesterday. Ended that last blast last week and will cruise at 150 week until Monte decides what he wants to do. Kinda like just following directions.

Yesterday was the first day I had a hard time getting food down. It was an off day and the first chicken meal took me an hour to get in. Wife gave me something for digestion that helped with the rest of the meals. I don't argue with the PhD in the house.
Back to normal today. Most lifts went up except stiff leg deads not really the hams but the lower back doesn't want to work.

Not boring you yet huh? Still got to give you a review of that last run, kinda wrapping my head around some things and need some free time. But the gear part was solid you did your job. I will tell you that var56 and winny combo produced a 410' bomb to center. No one yelled "weight room" on that one. Nothing pisses me off more than a drive to the top of the fence and the whole dugout yells "weight room"
 
I’m curious as well. I like digestive enzymes when food is high.
This is what she gave me. Felt good that day but explosive shits that night. I will not be taking it again. I swear if I die my wife definitely offed me.

50g protein from Whey
1c berries or pineapple
1tbsp natural pb
1 muffin
Meal 2
16oz liquid egg Whites
2c rice based cereal
1 packet flavored oats
100g berries
Meal 3
6 oz chicken
2 cups rice
2tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Meal 4 -
8oz red meat
300g potatoes
Meal 5
Shake
Meal 6
Basically just hitting a certain amount of protein, carbs and fats. Like a cheat meal everyday.

Fucking swamped with work this week. Food still going down. Training kinda sucked. Just a shitty week.
 
They happen, just gotta get in there and take it whenever you can during training.

Not every session is going to be perfection, sometimes we just have to take the small victories when they are there.
 
Pounded out a couple more reps on most lifts. Forearms are tight as all hell. Off to work on a holiday awesome

Gains during a health phase are outstanding
Health phase is what it's called huh! I like it.
Nothing exciting today just eat-lift-eat- and eat some more. Wife finally noticed the grocery bill going up so I had to up her allowance. Resisted the urge to tell her to get a job, that wouldn't have gone smooth.
