    Advice

    Starting gear about a year ago I got some gains but went on vacation and fell off I believe it was mostly water but looked good and hell but now what should I do for a quick bulk up and make it in time for the summer ! Any thoughts & also I switch over to juicepal just made my first order as well

    After a lay off , I get a complete physical with free/total test, e2 sensitive, CBC/Dif at minimum . Then I always do a 8 week 500mg Test/50mg split Provi run and see how it goes. Anavar would be my addition to that(whole 8 weeks) or Dbol or Tbol(6 weeks). Get bloods again. It gives you an idea of your health and what works or affects you. Those are mild regular cycles. Having AI/Serm if needed. A lot of guys are prone to gyno; if that was the case, Var or tbol would be decent choices. Not advice of any kind just information to ponder .

    Thank you buddy that was great info to have and yes I did blood work and I to lay off for 4weeks so now Iím good and ready to jump on

    I would start with a test only run to help get things rolling and help with recovery. once your back in the swing of things and diet is on point jump on a cycle.
