How did the weekend go? How was the food after?

It was a good weekend and show. I liked 100x better and peaked better. I placed ok but need to lean my waist out. My obliques are giant and it kills me symmetrically speaking… Also I hired a different posing coach because I think I can do a better job of hiding my thickness in my core with Different posing. But all in all I had an amazing weekend it was a ton of fun I felt way more comfortable in my own skin… I had a better pump I had more vascularity and all around better presentation. I had to third-place finishes… I should’ve taken second in the Masters but that’s just me… However in the open there were some fucking Giants and I was pleased to have had as many twos in my scorecard yes I did threes. Tells me I’m doing something right.

Pose lat spread holding 20 seconds on

Vacuum

Fasted cardio 45 min Low intensity steady state… Brisk walk on the treadmill at 8% grade


Today’s work legs;

Safety squat bar
15x15
225 first 10 sets
325 next 5
Between sets I did lunges. ( 3 ways ten reps each leg )
Forward; lateral, diagonal

Leg press. Unilateral
6 set 10 reps each
2 plates;3 plates ; 4; 5; 6 plates 6 plates to failure

Step ups on 16” box
3 sets 20 reps each side.
100lbs; 115; 135lbs.

Calves
Seated calves (120lbs free weight )
3x25
Standing calf raises 4 different positions. (Body weight ) 15 reps each
Single leg
Both legs toes straight
Duck foot
Pigeon foot


Small and complex and stretching. For 10 min.
15 min posing holding each pose for 20 seconds
