Im not knowledgeable about frag or ghrp2 but know my being responds well to mk677. Wish I could do for hgh route but damn the $$. I take 10mg of cialis daily for overall health. Seems to keep my prostate in check and my psa in tune. Plus the added benefit we all have come to enjoy … you did a good job of saying a hrt cruise plus instead of a blast. That was much better said than I put it. Would you choose deca over npp. I know that’s a personal opinion but curious with how you respond. I’m on the fence in that regard. And I was going to ask what do you think about adding in or keeping … tren hex. Parabolin. Low dose just for the feel. It has next level feeling to me. Not dirty or fucked up like acetate.

I choose Deca just for the joint(less pain) but others prefer Npp. If I was doing a cycle, I may choose Npp for less water but, I have learned I can control it but : to answer both questions at once, I like low dose Deca/Para and you literally can do 2ml of Para and it is dramatic! Plus you can get away with once or twice weekly inj. I love ace but, Para does the same thing for me but better as I tolerate the sides. Even though Npp kicks quicker, I am not in a race. That said , if it is competition or close to: I change everything to prop’s /acetates. Test/Deca/mk677 is great once you get the water part down. I can get ripped on Sust/low Deca w adrol. Definitely plain water and cold brew coffee , or tea only helps . I like to add 2 servings of cold brew black coffee, dandelion root tincture extract and plain water for AM FASTED CARDIO. You do have to switch things up, my body gets used to some things(even foods).

I’ve always been anal about flexibility it’s kept me mostly injury free over the years… I say mostly because I’m still plagued with some shit. I mean so far I’ve only broke four ribs, my sternum, my clavicle twice My left humerus, my right radius, my left lateral malleolus, and stress fractures on c3 and C4. So I can’t say injury free… However I still have good knees good hips strong back and although I have probably just wiped out my right supraspinatus everything else is healed nicely . Jesus looking at that list I’m a damn disaster it’s a wonder even make it to the gym. But seriously even though I managed to break a number of bones, flexibility has helped me immensely over the years with competitive rugby and wrestling…

Well theyve alwaus been tight but the arthritis spurs and compressed vertebrae in back prob don't help. I'll save the list but I've been pretty much equally as hard on body far as broken bones go. Had 6 different breaks on diff occasions just in arms

I do. It’s a different way to skin the cat so to speak. Body weight but can manipulate how much emphasis is placed on that specific muscle group. So easy to modify if you have contraindications and brutal if your pushing it hard as f. For example ; ring dips.
My ex gf taught it at the local y and got me hooked. Thst. And spin classes.

Being an ex gymnast! I loved rings so..sounds great! Rogue had a decent TRX type kit to go with my Rack . So maybe I need to try it out as an addition. The band (resistance/assistance) work awesome but I like the bodyweight and twisting movements. Cool, Definitely gonna get it , saw a $90-$140 kits.

Trying to stay relatively lean .. but have time between now and my next show , late October I believe. What would you do for gear, dose, duration. ? Any advice would be greatly appreciated

A nice feel good cycle before getting into contest prep that I like is 400 test, 250NPP, and 250 Mast. I stay feeling really good on this and stay very full.

It doesn’t have to be name brand … but check the reviews. Some kits are better than others.
And yes ring work is super bad ass. My ex was a fight attendant and took it everywhere she went. Always had decent workouts. I like the versatility of being able to modify any movement. You can push it as hard as ya need.
