    Getting the best results from your gear

    What advice could someone give me on my second cycle? Looking to see what dosage would be best and how often. Iím possibly going to be cycling deca test and superdrol. What are your guys thoughts?

    I personally would not use SD if you are powerlifting. Pumps are so intense, they can hinder performance. A heavy squat or deadlift day may leave you laying on the ground with your lower back so pumped you can't move. If you do use the SD.. make sure to be drinking plenty of water, and supplementing with taurine 5-10g before training.

    I'd go with 50mg of Anadrol instead.

    Squat 855 bench 505 deadlift 705 body weight 283 body fat 19%. Iím 31 Iíve been training since 13. I have been eating pretty clean lately and will be continuing to. Goal is to pack on more muscle and fill out a little more drop some more body fat.

    How beneficial would anadrol be for me?

    Anadrol is the king of PED's. Mass, with huge increases in strength and endurance.

    Damn, very respectable numbers ... you'll likely get a large amount of benefits from lower doses at first, given you have your other aspects honed in. Adrol & Tren are amazing for powerlifting as you'll notice changes almost daily ... but they are harsh on sides. And, you'll need to be careful of injuries as your strength may increase faster than soft tissue can adapt. But both of those (especially tren) would likely be better down the road after you go through some of the safer / less harsh AAS.

    Deca/Test would be great IMO for a second cycle, especially for Powerlifting.

    as far as dosage, 500-750 test, 3-400 deca a week. For me S-drol is pretty strong/harsh for a 2nd cycle. It's something u have to experiment with(oral can make u very lethargic, and injectable, u have to be VERY careful w/ dosage- it's just a very strong compound imo.) I would maybe try something less complicated like d-bol or a-drol. test/deca/ d-bol or a-drol tried and true bro. as far as dosage on d-bol or a-drol- 20-50mgs a day, depending on how u tolerate it. And make sure u have some nolvadex, in case u get sore nips. (Also assuming u have researched PCT- for after ur cycle) And only 4-6 wks on the d-bol or a-drol. ( And deca CAN cause dick issues.- having some proviron around, just in case, not a bad idea) OR- Just test/deca for a second cycle would be fine. Good Luck!

    Problem I see with anadrol is it kills so many peoples appetite. If you can handle it and toxicity itís a nice tool along with superdrol as well. When you get more advanced Iíd go for halo or methyltren. You will have retard strength.
    But imo, I think the cleanest and least toxic way to go is test water suspension

    Almost perfect second cycle . I will drop superdrol because is to harsh and dry and use dianabol ( you will grow more on it ). Go for 16 weeks to take full beneficts from deca ester . And never forget to train as a maniac , eat like a pig and sleep like a cat
