Dam, that’s definitely gonna be a nice scar. Also will make a great conversation piece as well. Good luck with rehab.

Wishing you a speedy recovery brotha! I hope you heal up nicely. It saddens me to find out that someone as helpful as you has to go through such a rough time. #NotAllHeroesWearCapes

Thanks again guys for all the kind words

    Update 3/31

So on a good note, I have to say I am super super impressed with my healing.

My gf says I "heal like a dog", because I already am at about 80% ROM. If you look close at the scar, look how fine it is, and you can see how well this thing is healing. I def for 10000% fact blame not only genetics, but also the BPC, TB and HGH. (and collagen) My surgeon will have is mind blown when I return in a few weeks LOL

I have religiously been doing injection 1x per day usually in the evening or after a workout

    BPC @250
    TB@500
    HGH@2iu

Workout Wise, I weighed in at a solid 218lbs. And my height, I think I shrunk, Im 5'7. WTF. I was always 5'8. LOL

So anyways, Im hitting legs 3x a week and upper body 2x a week

What I started to do recently is lets say Im doing very light left handed dumbell presses. With my bad arm, I mimic the motion, just to strengthen the muscle. Even putting your arm over your head is difficult. And the tricep at the elbow is super painful. Just imagine you did a superset of pushdowns or rope pushdowns, your arm is burning and literally u cant squeeze out a single rep more and its painful.

Well thats how my tricep feels just trying to open a door, or push a small object. The tricep is super super painful at the elbow when trying to use it.

Recall I can't start lifting with the arm or PT for I think two more weeks.

I have been doing my Trap routine, only holding weight in one arm, but I still squeeze both sides. When I do my dumbell presses I still squeeze the right pec as I am doing the left.

So I am trying to re incorporate the right side muscles.

I def will have my work cut out for me, as the right arm is probably 2-3" smaller then it was before.

Hey Wes. I'm curious. Did it make a noise when it happened. My friend tore a bicep and it rolled. Up. Into his shoulder (years back) and he always said it sounded like a. Shotgun went off. I'm sure. He exaggerated it. But. Is that true? Does it make noise. Ps hope. Ur feeling better.

Looks like it's healing really good. Doesn't look red or irritated. Just keep it clean an infection on that type of injury is never good.

For anyone that thinks it doesn't do anything. It does

    Update

Arm was in excruciating pain all night in my sleep. I think the most recent stretching I have been doing caught up. Oh Well. Ill sleep better tonight.

I started my Super Athlete Stack this week. Ill explain this more in a post later. I have 2 stacks left I can sell.
    https://stores.gymntonic.com/super-a...oral-gw501516/

Hopefully it doesn't dry me out more.

Another thing I have learned about Healing Muscles and torn tendons, is HYDRATION. That is #1 and is 100000000% important. I have enough injuries to know this now. I am drinking pedialyte and hydralyte tabs daily and water whenever I can.

Im off gym today, gonna try and sneak in a few sessions during this busy Easter weekend.

Got some nice new gym shoes as a gift from my GF, check these things out. My favorites, these are Jordan VI Jubilees. $$$$$

You can make your own CS for pennies. It's ridiculously easy. LMK if you're interested.

    Update

That's week 4. After full Tricep tear and surgery to reattach at the tendon.

BPC157, TB500, GH, collagen, other peptides, etc. Can't disclose all the tricks. I'm at 90% ROM.

There's way more then the medical community is aware of when it comes to healing. Part of the reason FB bans me so much. You need a great surgeon for 1, for 2, u need to know what to do.

Pictures don't lie. Heal in 1/4-1/2 the time 😎😎💪💪

PM me if/when injured to hire. Not a free service fyi. Please don't ask for free advice....

Nice healing progress. How's the tendon now and getting any more ROM without pain?
