    Sleeves

Looking for recommendations on elbow/arm sleeves to assist in lifts. I have two detached biceps I never had fixed and now looking for some support. I am working toward 500 pull/chin ups a week and after a hundred yesterday I realize the need. I'm looking for good support for pressing exercises but enough flexibility and comfort for pull and chin ups.

I use the iron rebel short sleeves. I can't stand long ass elbow sleeves which is why I never had any for so long. These cover a little more then the joint and that's about it.

They work well and would probably be a good fit for what you're looking for but, the material is rough so it can rough up the arm in that area.

Goes to reason that any support a sleeve gives to your pressing movements is going to work against you when pulling. I suggest 2 pairs of sleeves, a stiffer pair for pushing, and a thinner pair for pulling.

This is what I use for both pushing and pulling movements. They’re neoprene and fit tight. Good support without limiting the range of motion.
