    Yea I love that shit!! What I've always done too till recently but I gotta get some size on these little things and more rest between sets/exercises should equal more growth.

    This weeks cardio has sucked I have 3 days of good cardio and 2 days thsts sucked ass my leg was hurting and I just could go over 15 minutes and it really pissed me off

    Cardio sucked this week I’ve never been so dicusssed in my life these same cold fronts come through snd make my leg hurt
