    Bud I went through the exact same thing last year. I was off 3 years due to an injury. Trust me man what your doing right now is awesome and everyday back at it gets better.     New addition to my diet Iím not eating enough so I added this for a while Iím on some meds that kills my appetite but is getting better

    Might be worth looking into using some ghrp-6 and 2 for appetite bro. I have a hard time eating on my cruises and Iíll most likely be using that during my cruise from now on.

    Well Iíll always be on both so I think since Iíve gotten started back working out and cardio everyday my appetite is starting to return and I think the more I do the more it will return
