    If busy; I bang down Some quick protein with a cup of coffee to get work done and then eat. Had a tasty lunch: that had so much flavor Iím glad it wasnít huge because it was just too rich but perfect

    Yes my arms have always been my strongest point ans ive got a long arm reach with plenty of body length to set myself and grab the rope from facing it then turning around and pulling it over my head I guess it pays tonhave long ass arms lol!!

    The macros are coming along and my eating had gotten much. Better,a lot quicker than Iíd thought ,Iím still not there but for the amount of layoff Iíve had Iím just really lucky so far

    I was at like 285lbs before the leg was broken and now Iím down to 250 which is small for me lol....Iím a big country steak and potatoes kid and 250 is a bit small for my frame but I feel better physically thatís why Iím shooting for 240-245lbs when i get through,if I lose to much Iíll look like a bean pole Iíll gonna see how it goes

    Yes my body is tired to say the least lol....after 5 weeks Iím feeling full again but Iím much more tired on my days off and everynight ,just gonna take some time to get adjusted back to it

    Well Iím still in the sore stage but feeling stronger everyday ,guess itís the NPP making me feel fuller and my muscle seem to be turning the corner maybe a little and feeling hard once again just been 5 weeks back in so Iím satisfied with the way Iím feeling so far ,just tired of feeling tired at night ha ha
