    I fell at home in the bathroom cutting the water on a slipped and fell and it snapped my tibia snd fibula half into ,had 3 majorly surgeries to have it fixed and make it heal my last surgery was this past September I had a Trama Orthopedic surgeon do it this time ans he fixed it he took part of my fibula out so the tibia would settle down ward to heal he used stem cells and younger peoples bones ans it’s healing finally,it’s not all the way healed but well on it was if I over do cardio it swells up snd last Monday I had to ice it down and ready if weeknit was ok so I went today to just do cardio snd it was hurting so I just stopped and let it reset all weekend
    This was September 26 2020 had 1 big rod and 8 screws and a metal wrap around the break I’m lucky to be walking much less working out

    Took 9 men to pick me up ans put me in a stretcher cause I’m a big old boy 6’4” 247 lbs

    Nice work Bullseye. On face pulls: I have seen so many variations. Explain what attachment your using and start-end point. Just curious, literally I see people doing them from weird angles. None of it is wrong just wondering.

    Was off today because I was out of town gonna do arms tomorrow. And my diet seems to be getting better I went from 2 meals per day to 5 meals a day so maybe just maybe it will stay this way!!

    OH Rope Extension pullovers 12,10,8,6
    DB Preacher Curls-12,10,8,6

    Tricep Pressdowns-12,10,8,6
    Seated Hammer Curls-12,10,8,6

    Worked the hell out of my arms but I needed to not bad sore yet not as bad as previous 2 weeks feel like I’m getting better,starting to feel the NPP kick in a little

    Cardio 30min

    Dammit I lobe working arms !!

    Having to ice my leg at night still swells a little bit but that’s normal hasn’t healed yet

    Well had to postpone chest today because I had to ice my leg down and let it rest the cardio and leg day took it’s toll yesterday it’s getting aggravating with this half healed leg
