    8 mins treadmill warm up

5 sets Hammer Strength shoulder press 6-10 reps working up to 4pps for 6

DB Lateral 4 sets 10-12 reps with triple drop on last

Bent Over Rear DB Lateral 4 sets 10-12 reps

Single arm Rear Cable Fyle 3 sets 12 reps

BB Upright Row 2 sets 12 reps

Standing Calf Raise SS Seated Calf Raise 10-12 reps with 30 sec stretch after each set

Shoulders were pumped and massive after workout. Really noticing an improvement in the rear delts since shifting more focus to them. Iíll have to take some pics at the gym even though I absolutely hate doing it.

Tren sweats and difficulty sleeping are creeping in. I can fall asleep ok but waking probably every 3-4 hours.

    Arms today

Preworkout 8 oz chicken 140g jasmine rice

Camber bar push downs 4 sets 10-12 reps triple drop on the last

SM Close Grip Press 3 sets 8-10 reps drop set on last

DB Lying Ext 3 sets 10-12 reps

DB Curls 4 sets 10 reps

DB Preacher Curl 3 sets 8-10 reps

    21ís 2 sets

DB Hammer Curl 2 sets 8-10 reps

2 scoops ISO 70g rice and grinds

Pump today was ridiculous. It was painful to reach up to take my AirPods out. Yesterday was a high carb day so they were put to good use.

Changing my carb rotation to Low, Low, Low, Low, High so an extra low day throw in. Coach is trying to keep carbs as high as we can on low days before we need to drop them. Made some good progress last week so hopefully can keep food high for as long as possible.

    Back tomorrow

Forgot to mention i ordered some clen awhile back from GC and he informed me it was out of stock. I offered to pay for it up front and said ship it whenever it comes in thatís fine.

Well with all the slow shipping stuff it got delayed and GC was straight up with everything and offered to make up for it. I told him thatís fine man I appreciate it just send it whenever it comes.

Well it landed the other day and he doubled my clen and even threw in some NPP/TPP! I mean I wasnít expecting anything more than what I ordered and GC was more than generous.

This is why I will continue to be a GC customer. Products are always top notch and customer service between him and Ldog are spectacular. Also, he is always nice and a down to earth guy in our email convos.

Plus he has a sale that never ends

    Update:

This week starting with 3 high carb days then back to High, low, low, low, low, repeat. Carbs on low days have been reduced to 155. Going to push it hard and see what happens. Cardio increased to 40 mins daily.

Weight today was 226.4 after high carbs yesterday. Trained arms today and had a ridiculous pump after 3 set of rope push downs.

Only had about 45 mins to train so did 12 sets for biís and triís with short rests and lots of drop sets. Crazy how much a high carb day can make.

Loving GCís ATIIP and mast p/tren A blend so far. No PIP and flows smooth through a 25g as well as 27g.

Looks like the goal is to try to make the 220-225 range as lean and big as possible.

    Tomorrow is back and calves.

Are you noticing any mental mood /fatigue sides on your 4thday in a row of low carbs?

During my workout I feel fatigued a bit quicker and look flatter/not as pumped. During the day and before training Iím fine, but afterwards I feel tired until I go to bed. Good thing is I train in late afternoon early evening and then have a majority of my carbs pre and post workout.

Agreed. It's amazing how low-high carbs effect the look with the only thing changing is diet... similar to me is like when starting and ending NPP

Haha itís definitely tough but results have been worth it. Also, thinking on it now I didnít really crave a burger or fries until he mentioned I could have it. Then after I saw I could have it I havenít stopped thinking about how good itís gonna be

Sweets are my weakness usually, and have been fighting those cravings from the start.
