    Delivery Response

    I am a new member to this forum and a new customer of DutchPharma. I have received an order confirmation with a tracking number shortly after I submitted an order on Dec 7th. I've checked the tracking of the package and based on the information provided, the items do not appear to have shipped. I had contacted DutchPharma via email and they assured me the items have shipped. In their response, they provided me a new tracking number, but neither tracking number show the package has shipped. Does anyone know if these ship from outside the U.S.? I am worried that I had been scammed. I am trying to be respectful and patient and careful to not call anyone, or any legitimate business a scam, but my patience is running out. Has anyone had a similar experience with DutchPharma?

    Get your post count up to 10 and pm dutchpharma direct also you shouldn't be posting info about purchase dates or any info like that. Im sure its just a mix up.

    Never had an issue but it is the Holidays. Send a PM to the Dutch rep on the board maybe he can review the status. Remember this is a public forum so be vague about putting too much info out there.

    My last order took a few weeks to arrive. Gave it the benefit of the doubt and made a second order. Now this one is pushing 3 weeks and tracking still says pre shipment. Donestic dosent take three weeks even during holidays. I just got s 30lb package delivered usps that took just over a week. Ive had mail from various places delivered in a reasonable time and post on other sponsers all talk about fast turn around times. So i dont know what the deal is with super slow domestic shipping. Dosent take three weeks to move a few states even during the holidays.

    My order was fairly quick for a holiday. However, I only received half of the order and of course it wasn't the half I needed to get started

    Im in a similar situation. They shipped it and sent me a tracking number almost 6 days ago, it STILL says usps is wait on item....
