    Bumped the Ephedra up to twice a day, 25mg in the morning with fasted cardio and 25mg PWO together with caffeine and aspirin. I really feel it also helps with appetite suppression.
    Which ephedrine do you take, I think I saw it. The Pharma one?

    Yep the pharma one from PSL, works really well! Better then all the ECA stacks i used in the passed.

    1 set x 50 steps

    Successful leg day, started with more isolation exercises / higher rep sets and at the end squatted with a wider stance. I was already blown away after those sets of leg press, so squatting with a lot of weight was not really possible anymore. But the feeling in my quads / adductors afterwards was sick! Leg cramps while driving home: roflol:

    When iím doing it fasted i use 20mg Yohimbine hcl and 25mg ephedra / 250mg caffeine.

    Progress pics after 35 min fasted cardio and mobility work, feeling pretty flat right now but itís refeed day so curious what the effect will be tomorrow.
