Second back workout of the week. First time doing TRX inverted rows. Saw it from a video of John Meadows. Really good excercise for smoking the lower lats.
Too funny! I was looking at the TOTAL TRX KIT for training a few people at my little studio. I am always doing new exercises with the all the types of assistance and resistance bands; so the TRX trainers and attachments just seem to be a good buy and addition to my set up; plus it was on Sale!! Keep it up My Man
