    I am doing 20mins of cardio post workout so 4 days a week. Was doing everyday but dropped it to just post workout for now.

    That's a good plan dude...I bet you will lean out really well...2 weeks on that with the nutritional supplements....I think you will look tight.

    I actually did some pull ups on my heavy bag stand at it worked out pretty well.

    Update for the day:

    Just a rest day today. Really nothing at all to report. Just finished Meal #4 and gonna take a nap. Going to do some Upper Muscle Rounds tomorrow and will report back after the session. Have a good one Fellas.

    Your post workout cardio sounds good. You can see if less gives you a bit more. Your eating so well, that part is a done deal! Nap time is something that is so random for me the past month. I never nap but, the combination of gh, quarantine, and odd schedule. I just embrace it. Keep it up my friend !!

    Thanks Max. What do you mean by "You can see if less gives you more" I just feel like my body is needing the actual rest days right now so dropped the Cardio on those days to let the body fully relax and rest.. Will add it back in it I feel things arent progressing. But with dropping more carbs I figured i should be ok .

    I am always down for advice and suggestions, I am no wizard just doing the basics lol.

    Yeah naps are hit and miss for me, but have noticed since I bumped the GH to 4iu I have been a bit sleepier for sure. Also the Tren is definitely not helping me sleep at night and I am sweaty and tossing alot along with getting up to piss 5 times. So I try to get in some extra zzz's when I can.

    Yessir it's not always easy but I also just embrace the struggle and keep pushing on. Thanks alot Max!!

    What I mean is: “less is more” : after looking at a sample of your daily diet. You may be able to get away with less cardio and net bigger muscle gains. Sometimes, I lay off the cardio(btw- I do cardio 6 days a week no matter what} and keep my macros and exercise the same for a week or two and I end up growing MORE!

    Example:
    Person does 45min daily post workout 5 days a week . Macros/weights - same
    Stats- 4 week into training cycle
    200 lbs/17% bf level

    Then:
    Person ‘CHANGES’ to : 20min cardio just 3 days a week . Macros/weights- same
    Stats- 6 week into training cycle
    209 lbs/16.6% bf level

    He was able to actually gain more from his macro intake vs energy output. It is quite common while enhanced .

    Update for the day:

    Got in some Upper Muscle Rounds/Cluster Sets this morning. Just went fairly light just to gauge how things felt, and all movement were smooth with no pain, which is sometimes an issue for me using a Barbell. But no issues so thats good.

    Heres what went down

    Did Muscle Roudns/Cluster Sets which is 6 sets of 4 with 15 sec rest between each set.

    Incline Barbell Press 4×6
    Cable Pec Deck 4×6
    Barbell Row 4×6
    Seated Cable Row 4×6
    Over Head Barbell Press 4×6
    Bent Cable Fly 4×6
    Tri Cable Ext 4×6

    20 mins Treadmill at the end

    Everything felt good and had a crazy Pump!!

    That's about it for now, will check back after tomorrow Lower Rounds.
