    Yeah man things are definitely moving in the right direction. Sucks my gym just closed for atleat the next month. Luckily I have some weights to work with. See what we can make happen

    Update for the day:

    Just got my final workout in the gym before they shut down got atleat the next month. Gonna clean up my garage tomorrow and get my weights set up and see what we can make happen.

    Heres today's session.

    Upper Loading "A"
    Smith Row 175*12,10
    Pull up 10,8
    Hs Incline 3pps 8,6
    Db Floor Press 60*21
    Smith Behind Neck 135*10,8
    Rd Destroyer 42.5*25
    Hs CGBP 70ea side 12,10

    Lower Pump

    Pretty upset about the state of things currently, but cant do much about it but deal with it and make the best of it.

    Will post my first Garage Workout on Wed.

    Today starts Week 3. Sucks this all happened right when things are about to get good. Not going to stop though, will make due with what I can.

    Damn dude I feel your pain..we got shutdown Friday as well.. 500 pushups and 500 pullups/ ED will keep you moving forward ... But real talk, this lockdown shit is getting real old now. Good luck man and do what you can

    Update for the day:

    Rest day. Got my garage set up all ready to go for tomorrows session.

    Have a Barbell/Rack/Bench and about 315lbs of weight. Along with a Cable Machine and Treadmill. So we should still be able to make some progress.

    Skipped my Cardio for today. Theres a pretty gnarly wind storm going on, and honestly I am just flat out tired lol. So going to make the most of an actual rest day.

    Will report back after tomorrows garage session.

    Little speed bump but we will make it through and keep the gains coming.

    GT...you can do alot with what you have....get creative if you have to.....This might be a good study to see how much progress you can make with lighter weights and limited equipment....The good thing is you have the supplements

    Do you have a pull up bar?

    You don't really need the gym to progress. There's so many different workouts you can do if you get creative. Diet, consistency, and of course gear will still do its job. Pushups burpees pullups and vertical jumps and their variants alone especially with added resistance do the job.

    Yeah man I agree, there is no reason I shouldn't be able to make some sort of progress with what I have available to me...No pull up bar.

    Update for the day:

    Just finished up my first session in the garage. Did some Lower Body. Was honestly a decent session, it's a whole different animal when just using a Barbell instead of Smith, Hammer Strength etc etc. I feel like less weight goes further and is more difficult. Used way lighter weights today than I typically would and still feel I got in a good session.

    Heres how it went. I wont be putting my weights in the log because they arent anything impressive and I only have so much room to progress, but will be focusing on upping weight or reps each session until I max out on what I have. But today I did a little higher reps than usual and it felt good.

    Barbell Squat 12,12,12
    Barbell Box Squat 12,12,12
    Uni Leg Ext 15,15,10
    Uni Leg Curl 12,12,12
    Uni Cable Curl 24,24

    20 mins Treadmill

    Just gotta keep myself in my routine and weather this storm until the gym opens up.

    Going to be making some changes to the diet, I am going to use this time to try and get as lean as I can. No point packing in the food when my sessions arent going to be quite as intense. So that's the goal for these next 4 weeks.

    I will be dropping all my carbs on Training Days except for my Pre Meal and my Post Shake. Then keeping the Non Traning day layout as is. So let's see what we can do!

    2. 16oz Egg Whites, 2 Cups Rice Cereal
    3. 6oz Chicken, 1 Cup White Rice
    4. 6oz Chicken, 1tbs Evoo
    5. 6oz Chicken, 1tbs Evoo
    6. 8oz Beef, 1tbs Evoo

    Non Training Days
    1. 60g Whey, 1 Cup Oats, 2tbs PB
    2. 16oz Egg Whites, 2tbs PB
    3. 6oz Chicken, 1tbs Evoo
    4. 6oz Chicken, 1tbs Evoo
    5. 6oz Chicken, 1tbs Evoo
    6. 8oz Beef, 1tbs Evoo

    Will run this for 2 weeks and see how I am looking and go from there.

    Damn GT! Very clean Indeed. You should see some recomposition for sure. Are you hitting some cardio during that time or just weights? Plenty of clean protein sources and healthy fats.
