    Made Katsudon Japanese Pork Cutlet, Egg, Rice Bowl. Turned out perfect! Made 5 servings. Definitely have a new favorite dish. Just type that in and cook the healthy way. Soo delicious! So Max dropped Para/Iso because I have time to simply lean bulk(not get too puffy). I will definitely add para back later. Dropped to 217 and am too lean. Jumping on Test/Nan/Primo w the gh schedule, but eating will be the main growth factor. I will introduce 4 week oral or inj compounds on and off. EP A-50 is baller, but gonna save whatís left for cut, Adding Var 50 split . Sticking with old school compound lifts and one, all machine leg day. Still going to keep reps 6-9 but 10-15 on certain machines until I feel comfortable.

    Truly. Certain people recover rapidly and need to push the big lifts for a while. It is the foundation. That being said, I look forward to a complete annihilation of each muscle group/sub group at one point. Hitting forearms, traps, serratus, tie-ins, each head on my delts/tris. It will be long, arduous workouts when that starts. Small muscles recover fast but, in my case, donít have to be hit but every 7-8 days. I will do a 3on, 1off, 3on, 1 off, etc . Seems never ending; yet I love to improve. Noticing my cardio is dynamite! I literally could do 2 hrs daily! I wonít! Build a damn tolerance up! Lol(true shit). I am definitely going to go through some changes for next two weeks as I have abruptly changed Supps. I am doing okay, definitely had 2 days of restless, but tired and I wanted to just gorge huge amounts of food! I quit all synthetic caffeine sources and that has been hard. Literally no carbonation! I will have sparkling Topo Chico mineral water once a week or twice. Love Grapefruit essenced. My Mexican Go To besides (Senioral Sangria Soda or Manzana Apple Soda) when I was a teen. Soo good!

    I fought over it with myself. It was pretty hard. Caffeine from Coffee is a lot different than from a energy drink or Pwo, even if itís says natural/Herbal. I definitely had some withdrawals but they are over. My Cold brew coffee(Pikes Place) I make in my Toddy every few days . I drink 2-3 servings concentrate w water and ice ! Makes my morning! I always tell others or just wave (no, no) , need coffee, then I am ready !!

    Dumbbell Rear Laterals- 3 sets 6-8 reps to fail (bands attached for tension) one set with 25ís slow
    Standing Reverse Dumbbell Curls - 3 working sets 6-8 (strict as I am not used to song these) 23-36lbs (fluctuated)
    Hammer Alternating Dumbbell Curls 3 sets 6-8 reps 44, 50,55lb super slow

    So I had a super eventful and wonderful day working and getting some projects close to completion. My actual run isnít totally in play as I am still trying to get my supps perfect for me. Current with Testoviron/Primo/Deca/Provi/Var but just introducing. I am getting my serum gh test for the Angtropins to make sure I have good quality as Beltropins and Omnitrope have treated me well and wow , what a difference! Once I get results I will fully commit. Gh/TRT is a large part of being in good shape yearound and have to have the quality. I am a fan of EuroPharm, Beligas, Alpha/Balkan and know they work well. I may try a combo product but I just rarely trust that they are not only dosed within 15% of label claim and have correct Esters/actual compounds but, I want to as I love Sustanon and some other these blends are calling to me! I sure as hell have a great ghrh, gh secretogogue peptide blend(ghrp6, ghrp2, Semorelin acetate) bit since I am trying to bulk but not rapid, I want to try a new 3 peptide blend on my 2 days off GH. I am thinking I may either just cycle igf 1 lr3 on and off or use EuroPharm blend of ghrp 2, Mod GRF 1-29/PEG-MGF 2. Brain Spinner but, each time is a new path. I had a ton of sirloin/lamb Kofta w greek Tzatziki and then Had Paella again as it is something I can make multiple versions of and pack meals. I eat all the seafood based paella that night , but kinda like a good etouffe/gumbo: I can use a whole chicken/game/all types of sausages. Saffron and Ghee has such a great flavor Umami combo! Hells Yeah. Got some non stim Jeckyll to see if it does anything for my mind/muscle connection. It was like $9 so, whatevs!

Anyway I was going over transformation workouts/diets and decided I like Dwayne Johnsonís sample of one day of his Hobbs Character Tranformation when for ďFast & FuriousĒ (injections) . He gained 44lbs in 4 weeks so, you ca. Imagine . Just a sample

    Max I love your log for the hot chics, food and the cycle info but the best is how you focus so much on the supplement end of it. Been around a ton of guys that paid little or no attention to them and most of them suffered from some kind of health issue. No use doing all that hard work to make yourself look good if your liver falls out on the floor. Your a smart man and many can benefit from your style.

    Very easy compounds to take low/mod dosages for long run. I am only on 6iu split gh now. But, I know and can tolerate the high GH. I may choose different peptides... stopped Para/Iso !(wait til Down the road(with all the aces!

    Definitely like to bulk w low toxicity! Even just plain high test /Deca or reverse. But primo keeps me looking good and I control my weight better (with combo) . That way when I get close to a contest and rip the F*** Up, then I use the super strong compounds for short bursts. Gotta get in and out to keep some longevity. Lol
