    You know I am not sure as I just read on it, but I have ordered a similar attachment for my fat and skinny bar . Want to help with my grip strength as I have broken my hand twice and want to strengthen my grip.

    Iím wondering the same thing. Itís either a triple dildo (fingers crossed) or a pull up attachment with some serious grip strength trainers on those vertical fat grips.

    Had a decent Tuesday and helped out at work for 12 hrs of course! Glad I had my food with me. Havenít switched things up yet but shortly I will. Hope everyone is doing well and are happy. My training is going to get even thought so I need to make sure I donít hurt myself as I will be lifting heavier with less total sets. Soooon !!
