    Yeah. I have never colored my hair. Just being outside a lot. I use spf but not on my head. In summer it turns completely blonde or 2 weeks on the Big Island does it.

    Been seeing a lot of guys and gals at the gyms lately. Guess summer time is sneaking up on everyone. Hope everyone has a good program/coach helping them get to the place they want to be. I am learning some new lifts and techniques with the land mine and some multibar grip type lifts. Kinda cool to get sore in new places! Keep kicking Ass!

    About 2 more weeks before I start my 12 week cut, getting excited. Omg, I havenít used clen forever and took 20mg 1/2 tablet, my lord it was sooo strong. Idk if it was because it has been forever or what but, it was super strong. Definitely gonna use a deft hand. I will be lowering my kcals by about 400 at first and introducing cardio in a different style but I will log perfectly as I want to keep as much muscle as possible. Have a good week and enjoy killing it at your gym (home or commercial).

    Yup the donuts are definitely the one thats not needed. I donít even like them anymore. I actually love the way healthy food tastes now and prefer it to sweets and so called bad food.

    P5P is a more bio available form of vitamin b6 . In the past, bodybuilders and scientists found that 600mg of vitamin b6 lowered prolactin levels as well as bromocriptine(the drug available then for hyperprolactinemia). Then Cabergoline came out which was far superior but it is sooo expensive and counterfeited highly. P5P came out which again was tested against cabergoline. Although Cabergoline is superior to all of the above; P5P was found to be just as effective to a low dose(.25mg)of Caber. I originally started taking 100mg during a 19-nor(Deca/Tren) cycle but noticed it had other healthful effects such as better sleep. I take 100mg daily now ED. When ďONĒ, I like 200mg before bed and it definitely keeps my prolactin levels down. I still keep Caber on hand if I happened to be on a Deca/Tren cycle and P5P and a small AI is not helping with any gyno type sides.

    Donuts are just complete junk! That said, when I am dieting ; a huge piece of Red Velvet Cake or a Powdered Key Lime Pie Donut sounds like Heaven! I completely have to avoid the bakery/panaderia section of the Market. I can eat two baguettes on the ride home from the gym! Lol
