300 total ! 100mg 3x a week. Parabolan works on me like someone using 1.5g of test! Shit is strong! I have a method to my madness but, overall mg are pretty decent hovering over a gram. I never have actually done more than
4mls and that was 76,5mg per 1.5mls! An only one week, the last week. So again

Good SF, just started yesterday!! Exciting! I have waited and waited for equipment and attachments and more plates and got sick of it! I am taking the Max by the Horns and just gonna hit it hard! Increasing either sets/exercises/reps until I get what I need. It will not hinder me..I can always do the slow repetitions (3-0-3 for instance); and it makes each exercise harder. I cannot wait to integrate more weight and cable movements, pulls/pushes, Landmine/Back Widow has 16 positions (so I can make about 64 new exercises minimum! Lol

Feeling really good, strength definitely is approaching...I am going to try and tame my mind so I don’t go nutz w/o a partner! Made that mistake before! My appetite is phenomenal; I basically want a full meal every 2-2.5hrs so I gotta eat pretty damn clean towards the later part of the day. I gotta say that supplements are making a big difference in me retaining size. IDK if it’s just the combo of Betator, EEA’s or both. I have zero issues or pain, so I am jet set on getting at it. Thankful for what I have but, always wanting more...just part of life! Lol. I must say that the board needs some damn action!! Pussy, food, hobbies, something !? I’ll settle for some fun promos; maybe if we get some good ideas..I’ll get someone to make a fun one! All ideas are considered(almost) a couple of you definitely can push past My Perv Factor and that is Hard to Do! Have a good evening.

Yes , she is hot! I have found my diet/cardio/water intake controls my look more than the actual supp! . These two will definitely give that bloat but it can be controlled. I use it to my advantage to push Big Weight!!

I am sweating like a whore in church! Omfg, I forgot what the hell it was like with the almighty blasting of Hex w an A50 sidecar! Sleep is erratic, but manageable, almost makes me wanna take the whole gh at night, lol! I am not one to change my plan so, I will continue as written. Still waiting on equipment(broken record,lol). Going to try to break my 5-8 rep maxs’ and integrate some extra leg work since I am sans machines, kinda wanna hit some hip and abduction/addiction style lifts with what I have. Keep up and stick you your plan for success. Roadblocks are there but, smash through them !!
