    Best exercises for mid traps

    What are your guys' opinion on the best exercises to build the middle part of the traps?

    Row row row!! Also, if memory serves, the mid trap is a stabilizer too so hold a 45 plate str8 out and slowly raise above ur head, as if doing a front raise but from the end position to overhead

    Agree, upright rows. If you go too heavy, other more powerful muscles may take the load ... rear delts, lats, rhomboids, etc. so you'll want to make sure you 'feel' the muscle contract while adding weight and know where the limits reside

    When rowing, would you pull it up higher to your chest or to your belly?

    Just to ur belly like usual. Also, on shoulder day, incorporate rear delt row and upright rows like said above.

    Don't get caught up in a "lagging" body part muscle targeting shit.

    BB rows
    Meadow's rows

    Pump/fluff:
    Chest supported DB rows on an incline bench
