    test cruise average amount?

    im on 600mg a week testc and feel great, i am goin g to get some bloodwork and see where im at and if things look good i might stay around this number.
    was considering dropping back to 400 a week and adding 200mg deca to the mix to help with my old joints.
    also read that primo helps with joints? but not sure the exact amount to start dosing?

    That's a blast.. cruise is 150-250mg /wk depending on size

    I go back down to 100mg for my cruise. Why? Gives my body a break, allows me to regulate BP, liver etc. I donít lose much size, thatís not a concern, my health is. That keeps me around 750 TT.

    thanks i wasnt sure to be honest i feel great at this dose, my weight is 230 right now and im around 9%bf or so. im guessing im gonna lose major size when i cruise. or maybe keeping my calorie intake up will help keep size ?

    Joe...just curious what's your age. It's a big leap to start trt and pin the rest of your life.

    But to answer your question I cruise on 200 test and 100-150 of deca along with 50 of provi. Usually throw a little mast in there too but my prostate is beginning to hate me.

    If you drop to 200 of test and 100 of deca you wont lose size as long as you keep eating right and stay in the gym.

    Yes, yes and yes.

    I finally got smart and decided to cruise on very little test with HCG, 185mg and 1,000ius respectively per week.

    I was on blood pressure medication until two years ago when I started this lower dose.

    Plus, you are not going to lower/clear your myostatin levels until you drop everything and test only to keep you around 600-900ng/dl total test. Keep running higher test and ancillary AAS and your myostatin levels will stay elevated and rob you of your goals

    As to needing help with joint issues I would recommend seeing an orthopedic surgeon and maybe get injections or Physical Therapy.

    I think this whole thing with deca and joints is a bit hyped.

    Do you have myostatin a for dummies you could post? And are there any inhibitors that work?

    On the deca for joints I think I definitely feel a difference but I think its primarily from just holding more water in my joints when I am dehydrated. I think I drinking enough water is detrimental to joints and ligament health. Which I am sure I dont do when I am working. I get busy and really need to set an alarm to drink water.

    just hit the big 40 years old been on "trt" for s couple years. didnt like the tiny ass doses trt offered so i got some from the dude at the gym.
    love the results of a higher dose for sure

    JD ....something else you may want to consider at 40 and up is a low dose cialis. Keeps any BP issues I have down and helped my prostate.

    Lots of good stuff on the web but the quick version I just pulled off the web:

    myostatin is found almost exclusively in muscles used for movement (skeletal muscles), where it is active both before and after birth. This protein normally restrains muscle growth, ensuring that muscles do not grow too large.

    The longer you blast the more myostatin your body produces.. There is a whole lot more to this but not getting into it now.

    But this is one of my main reasons for short esters, short runs and a good amount of time off. All that equals at least as good of results as long runs at high doses.

    As to a fix for this, follistatin is a myostatin inhibitor but good luck finding the real deal. No UGL that I know of has been able to produce the real thing.

    A cruise dose is 2-250mg a week typically.

    That being said, you will get softer. You might lose some fullness.

    Your diet and training have to be perfect.

    Drugs hide mistakes. If you go to shit when you're off, you aren't training or eating worth a fuck.

    You CAN make progress during a cruise. But, those two things need to be in order.
