Thanks for all the feedback guys. Currently I’m only on TRT prescription by my doc. 200mg/wk depo-testosterone aka cyp.
I have always been very regular on my bloodwork but the last year have not been. This is a surprise to me.
I’m going to donate this week via phlebotomy at home like I normally do. Also will look into the liver support.

That is even more concerning. You need a doctors visit. Any chance of exposure to hepatitis? Are you a heavy drinker or opiate user?
I am surprised this has never shown up on labs from your TRT doc. As Wes mentioned.. you didn’t happen to get drunk the night before pulling the labs did you? Though I can’t imagine it would have thrown them that far off even if you had.
And please do not “look into” the liver support, get it ordered and on it.
A medical exam is a 100% necessity for you at this point.

Your creatinine is so slightly elevated its not worth the evaluation. This is expected with heavy training.
As to your liver, that's what it does when stressed with heavy training. It is the only organ that regenerates itself and this is what it does with this lifestyle. High enzymes means it is working harder. It happens.
Nice that your doctor referred you to a specialist just in case, but if you do not have an illness nothing will change it other than stop weight training.
1g dailyThanks Skip. So is this not as alarming as others have indicated? I’m a pretty freaked out at the moment! Ready to order some NAC liver support. Just unsure of milligrams needed.

The blood analysis is a snap shot in time, not a chronic indicator over time. If you have not had this issue before and nothing has changed in your life I would say it is an anomaly and not deterioration of your liver.
Just like having normal blood pressure. At some time it will be high blood pressure but not all the time.
I wish I would have bookmarked the thread but there was a guy that had AST or ALT that was over 2,000 from years of oral AAS use. He went to a hepotoligist and do you know what he was prescribed? Time off. That was it, no drugs no prescription of any kind and he was in normal range within 4 months.
I think seeing a specialist is great, but I would not be that worried.
BTW, I have had worse numbers than yours.
That’s a relief. Thx man. I did just start BJJ 2 weeks ago and it’s a crazy workout. Maybe that is part of it? I have been on the same TRT dose now for quite a while. Still I’ll be picking up the liver support and see what effects it has on my labs.

Could be. We do not go through life doing this without going out of range on some test, it happens. If you did a lot of muscle damage then heck ya your numbers would go up.
Go buy a fifth of Jack Daniel's and guzzle that, see what your values are, but you would recover. Your liver is very resilient.

That I'm not sure of. Never heard of nicotine causing elevated liver enzymesLol thx man. I did end up ordering the NAC and will get myself into the specialist just to be safe.
I also wonder if chew can cause elevated liver enzymes? It’s my one vice. I love dip lol.
