Impressive. The most i have seen in person lifted was a Power House Gym 605lbs for One but it was clean lift back in the early 2000s. This is just amazing to me.
 
Actually, out of curiosity and based on the incline 315 x 17, what's your flat bench 1rm?

Hey man thank you. I barely flat benched bc I feel that is a higher risk for injury but when I weighed say 210-220lbs I was hitting 455-500lbs as a max

I trained explosively, fast reps and high speed, so that is how I got power and why it looks so light.
