So third week of the above complete and the light has definitely switched to the on position. Mood has been getting better and better in just a few weeks. Energy in the gym definitely up. Doing a 5am workout schedule with 30 minutes of HIIT then an hour of weights and definitely feel the strength coming on. Calories are just over sustain level until cycle is full bore. Have bloods scheduled in 3 weeks so curious what the numbers are going to look like. If you are in the fence definitely hop on the GC train.
