SB labs will not screw you over. Just relax. If you sent money to their Bitcoin wallet (right?) then give it 24 hours. You'll be taken care of.
They have a whole lot of customers here, myself included. There's a reason for that.

And look for the envelope icon at the top next to your user name. PMs are in there.
