Very nice! How do you feel with your e2 that low? Everyone is different and some guys feel fine with it on the low end. I'd personally up the test and/or lower the mast to give your e2 a chance to rise. I like mine around 60 which is where I feel my best. I've drawn and seen mine at 13, 8, 23, etc and I always didn't feel good during that time at all. Most of all my anxiety was very high and my joints hurt. I would also argue that you're not making full use of the IGF-1 pathway that involves e2 thus you're not maximizing new tissue growth. To put it another way I'm sure you're making good gains but I want you to make great gains and make full use of that particular IGF-1 pathway
Now that I've rambled a while on your e2 let's just start at the top and work our way down.
Lipids: You're running a DHT derivative along with these other compounds so it comes at no surprise that your lipids are a little whacked. The tell that tells the real story is how do your lipids look on a health phase aka cruise aka trt.
BUN being high can mean a couple of different things. You may of been a little dehydrated at the time of the lab draw OR it's simply a result of your high protein diet which is probably more likely.
Alkaline phosphate: This is likely due to you being a diabetic. Is it normally low? Do you take magnesium or zinc? If it's not normally low then you may want to throw in some zinc and magnesium if you aren't on a multi or something with them in it. I'll mention the sodium here as well as you could get a product that has sodium, magnesium and zinc all in it. What's more likely though is your diabetes being the culprit.
Glucose speaks for its self with your diabetic history.
That free test is CRAZY high!!! This is obviously a very good thing and i would be very happy with these numbers. We can predict that your shbg is very low thanks to the masteron. If your free test was lower then I'd venture to say your total would be even higher.
These surpraphysiological dosages of testosterone are very interesting to see in different people. Some people are high responders, some are medium and some are low. However, It's more complex than simply placing guys into these three different categories. Let's say your results was different and let's say your total test was 4400 and your free test was 350. OK, great but with a total test that high and a free test that low we can predict that shbg is on the high end and yourve got a ton of testosterone that binded up to shbg which isn't that beneficial for our intentions (gains). I'd much much rather have numbers like yours where my total test is still above 2k but my FREE test is 800 +
