Alright! Back at it this week, i traveled the last few days to work a bodybuilding show. Even on the road i make sure to bring everything i need to stay on track. Is it exact on track..no. BUT anytime i travel for shows and work i make sure i bring my scale, chicken and rice cooked and everything else you need to win. Pretty easy to do but def sounds like a project.

Starting off the day here with meal 1. Really ganna start targeting everything on my plan. We have big plans for 2025⚡💪🏽 let’s get it.

Those shows all day, exhausting. So i don’t have time for shit there🙄 Ya I’m here bro I’ll keep updating all the way till prep starts. Slowly locking in on this lean bulk. Treats keep looking good lol. But I’ve been on so long that I’m just getting the sweet tooth out.

Meal 3 (pre workout)

2 scoops iso mixed

1 cup zucchini

Some of these change and also can be substituted. Rebound continues💪🏽

Use these meal variations if you’re having trouble getting meals in. Just change what you need for Protein and add a little carb when necessary👌🏽

Sitting at 230lbs. Right to plan.

Got about another 3-4 months of the lean bulk till we start ripping it up again. Need to pick up more gear, once i do I’ll post a pic and dosages I’m on🩸

Alright got the protocol for my small growth phase in this off season. Excited actually cuz last year i only ran some basics, but this year we’re just ganna cruise the test a little higher for a bit and toss some mast e in for a few to keep me dry.

I’ll post the dosages I’m running and the whole TD photo of the FRESH STADA line up in the next day or so!!🩸

Also adding some Glutathione and L carnitine for a little bit.

I appreciate STADA for helping me improve with quality product🙏🏽

Hit chest and Delts yesterday. Was a solid pump.

Mast E gets added today at 400mg per wk and Test E went up to 500mg per wk. Should get nice and full🩸

Day after day till July when we hit that stage again📶🫡

Day after day! Workout after workout and cardio after cardio. I like these off season gains but i cannot wait to shred for the stage again. Turned 35 last week so now we’re in masters too. So next year I’ll be in masters 35 and Open.

But focus is now- get these meals in, get this good STADA in💪🏽. Train each session like I’m never training again. Do each cardio sesh with intensity. Come next June/July- i will walk off one of those stages with that pro card.⚡
